Despite managerial pressures, various forms of group affiliation take shape up in the work performed in hospitals. At the ward level, group affiliations are strong owing to intense technical or relational interactions. Relational interactions are taxing on individuals and tend to weaken the care-giving community unlike stabler, “endogenous” technical interactions. Care-givers are integrated in “philanthropical chains of care” with a sectoral dimension: psychiatry, pediatrics, geriatrics. Outside this chain, feelings of belonging to a group are weaker, negative (owing to differences based on ethnic group, social class or gender) or sporadic (public service); they arise in contexts where all or part of the hospital's personnel is mobilized.

《波尔·罗瓦雅尔语法》是西方第一部关于传统语法理论的经典著作,乔姆斯基称其为转换生成语法理论的先驱,但学术界认为乔姆斯基的语法理论并非源于其启示。从哲学基础看,《波尔·罗瓦雅尔语法》的唯理论思想与笛卡尔哲学、乔姆斯基唯理论思想是有扬弃的继承,三者在“先验、理性、普遍”特征上是相通的。从语言观看,《波尔·罗瓦雅尔语法》与乔姆斯基理论研究的对象都是语法而非语言,主张语言学的任务是通过理性来发现深层的隐藏的组织原理。从方法论看,二者都充分运用逻辑与语言的关系,只不过在具体的逻辑方法上有异。从结构规则看,《波尔·罗瓦雅尔语法》所谓的名词和动词实际上是名词短语和动词短语。可以肯定,《波尔·罗瓦雅尔语法》对乔姆斯基理论具有重要的启发和先驱作用。     

Les cuirasses de la masculinité. Jeunes immigrés,double morale sexuelle et double morale culturelle

RÉSUMÉ

Cet article se fonde sur les résultats d’une recherche portant sur les expériences sexuelles et la construction des masculinités dans une population de jeunes hommes (20–30 ans) immigrés en Europe, en France et en Italie, d’origine marocaine et musulmans. Les méthodes d’enquête adoptées ont été celles de l’entretien semi-directif et de l’observation ethnographique. Le texte propose d’étudier une face cachée de la masculinité hétéronormative hégémonique : sa vulnérabilité. Lorsque la masculinité dominante, virile et (hétéro)sexuellement active que les interviewés essaient de reproduire est mise en danger ou questionnée par le regard ou les actions d’autres acteurs (des hommes ou des femmes, les pairs par exemple, ou les partenaires sexuelles), différentes stratégies défensives sont employées. L’étude de ces stratégies permet d’observer et d’interroger la condition et les expériences de ces jeunes hommes immigrés, entre vécu en Europe et rapport aux milieux d’origine.     

Les rouages du genre. La différenciation des pratiques de travail chez les juges des enfants

When women and men occupy apparently identical positions, do they develop exactly the same working practices? Based on a survey of youth court judges, the article directly tackles this tricky question, one rarely raised in relation to the highest professions. After showing that gender contributes to differences in judicial practices, but not in the sense of gender stereotypes, it identifies the mechanisms through which it operates. Far from acting in isolation, uniformly and independently of the contexts of practice, it works through complex and sometimes contradictory processes, always closely linked with the other dimensions of professional and social pathways. In this case, gender produces its effects through two primary mediations: one, the attitudes of each judge to psycho-educational norms, and two, their attitudes to gender stereotypes.

Gérer la qualité de l’eau : singularisation, évaluation et régime de gouvernement

The April-June 2002 issue of Sociologie du Travail opened its pages for a discussion of the question of quality. Authors highlighted two mechanisms: “identification/singularization” (a sociotechnical process of co-constructing the quality of goods and services) and evaluation (a process of building up confidence so as to do away with uncertainty about the quality of goods and services). Can these two processes be analyzed together? If so, how to understand their interactions? As the example of managing the water supply and wastewater shows, jointly analyzing these two processes helps us understand the work of “qualification/requalification”. The relation between singularization and evaluation is clarified by introducing the notion of a “regime of government”.

报道了黄果茄种子在温水、稀酸、生长素、机械破碎种皮等不同处理情况下的发芽情况。结果表明，坚硬、致密的种皮是限制种子发芽的主要因素，机械破碎种皮是提高种子发芽率的有效手段。
