中国经济发展中的深层次问题

中国经济正面临何去何从的方向性问题:是进一步深化改革,抓大放小,无为而治,让市场发挥越来越多的作用;还是国进民退,让政府主导经济,发挥更多的作用?答案无疑是前者。基于以上判断,中国经济的长期深层次根本问题在于:深层次制度障碍未破除,深层次市场化改革滞后,政府、社会与市场的治理边界界定不清晰、不合理。这就导致了三重三轻的不科学发展观:重政府轻市场、重国富轻民富、重发展轻服务。要解决这些深层次问题,下一步改革的关键在于深入推进政府职能的两个根本性转变:第一,从发展型政府向服务型政府转变;第二,从全能型政府向有限型政府转变。     

Elliptically contoured model and factorization of wllks1 A

In a series of papers, Kshirsagar (1964, 1971) and McHenry and Kshirsagar (1977), factorize Wilks' A into a number of factors and find the independent null multivariate beta densities of these factors. These factors are the likelihood ratio test criteria for testing the goodness of fit of certain assigned discriminant functions or canonical variables either in the space of independent or dependent variables. Essentially the factors of Wilks' A are the factors of certain multivariate beta distributed matrix or its determinant. The Bartlett decomposition of the underlying multivariate beta distribution into independent factors determines the distribution of these factors. The present paper generalizes Kshirsagar's (1971) normal theory to the elliptically contoured model, and shows that his results are null robust for the elliptically contoured model.     

论意志在认识中的作用

意志在认识中具有多方面的作用 ,其中最基本的是 :定向作用、控制作用和调节作用。意志在认识中的能动作用是在实践中产生和发展的。主体意志的变化与其所处的外部社会文化环境的变化并非绝对同步的。主体意志具有自身的相对独立性。单独拓展对主体意志认识中的作用的研究 ,具有很大的必要性。     

Extreme statistics from the cosine distribution

The cosine distribution serves as a very good teaching example for which exact moment properties of extreme order statistics can be expressed in terms of elementary functions. This article presents the limiting joint distribution of the extreme order statistics for the cosine distribution. It is shown that burrows'(1986) result is a special case of the result presented in this article.     

科学发展观视野下政府职能转变的方向与途径探析

科学发展观是一种全新的政治诉求，蕴含着全新的价值取向，呼唤政府职能的进一步转换。科学发展观视野下我国政府职能转变的基本方向是强化公共服务职能以建设公共服务型政府，强化政府的可持续发展推动功能，在政府职能范围上注重收缩与扩展并举。应通过宣传教育在全社会推进政府观念的转型，通过促进公共职能履行主体的多元化来推进公共职能的转移，通过行政体制的完善和行政制度的健全促进政府职能的转变。     

非言语交际与外语教学

非言语交际作为言语交际的重要组成部分，在外语教学中，起着不可忽视的作用。恰当地使用非言语交际行为，能够创建良好的师生关系，提高学生学习兴趣。本文分析了非言语交际行为的重要性及其在外语课堂教学中的表现形式和作用。     

Moments for a ratio of correlated gamma variates

This paper considers the finite integral moments for the ratio, R = X/Y, where X and Y re correlated gamma distributed variables. An analytical and numerical comparison is given for two classes of underlying bivariate gamma distributions. It is shown that the two bivariate gamma structures provide indentical experessions for the mth unadjussted moment, E(R^m), if and only if either of the following conditions hold : 1) X and Y are uncorrelated of 2) m=1. A numerical evaluation is performed to determine the extent that the two methods differ whenever the variables are correlated     

牵动思维与表述功能的现代诗歌欧化语言

从外国诗歌语言中借鉴而来的欧化语言贯穿了整个中国现代诗歌的发展过程。这主要表现为欧化词语的介入、语法与句法的更新以及语言表述方式与诗歌功能的拓展三个层面。尽管其命运坎坷，但已经内化为现代诗歌不可离析的一部分。     

Distribution of linear combination of exponential variates

The exact distribution of a linear combination of n independent negative exponential random variables, when the coefficients of the linear combination are distinct and positive quantities, is well-known. This paper extends the above result to the general case, namely when the coefficients are arbitrary real numbers, positive or negative, distinct or coincident.     

Bayesian variable selection with spherically symmetric priors

We propose that Bayesian variable selection for linear parametrizations with Gaussian iid likelihoods should be based on the spherical symmetry of the diagonalized parameter space. Our r-prior results in closed forms for the evidence for four examples, including the hyper-g prior and the Zellner–Siow prior, which are shown to be special cases. Scenarios of a single-variable dispersion parameter and of fixed dispersion are studied, and asymptotic forms comparable to the traditional information criteria are derived. A simulation exercise shows that model comparison based on our r-prior gives good results comparable to or better than current model comparison schemes.
