浅论邓小平对毛泽东思想的科学态度及其历史贡献

邓小平同志对毛泽东思想的科学态度及其历史贡献是卓越而不朽的。他打破“两个凡是”的精神枷锁,对恢复毛泽东思想的本来面目产生了重大影响;坚持和维护毛泽东思想的指导地位,进一步高举起中国人民胜利前进的伟大旗帜;坚持实事求是的科学态度为全党科学地、历史地评价毛泽东思想指明了方向;不断丰富和发展毛泽东思想,使马列主义、毛泽东思想在当代中国焕发出勃勃生机与活力。     

对马克思货币理论的思考

商品第一相对价值表现和商品的第一形态变化之间、商品第二相对价值表现和商品的第二形态变化之间,分别具有对应关系.这是在"货币理论带"或"货币理论三边形"的基础上,通过把价值方程式和商品的总形态变化公式的有关顶端项联系起来进行分析之后得出的逻辑的结论.理解和把握上述两种性质不同的价值表现和两种相反的形态变化之间分别具有的对应关系,对于从整体上理解和把握马克思的货币理论,具有重要意义.

从新词、新义、词义扩大和双音复合虚词的大量产生四个方面论述了"二程语录"中的俗语词在近代汉语汇史研究上的重要价值.     

Assessment of Uncertainty in High Frequency Data: The Observed Asymptotic Variance

The availability of high frequency financial data has generated a series of estimators based on intra‐day data, improving the quality of large areas of financial econometrics. However, estimating the standard error of these estimators is often challenging. The root of the problem is that traditionally, standard errors rely on estimating a theoretically derived asymptotic variance, and often this asymptotic variance involves substantially more complex quantities than the original parameter to be estimated. Standard errors are important: they are used to assess the precision of estimators in the form of confidence intervals, to create “feasible statistics” for testing, to build forecasting models based on, say, daily estimates, and also to optimize the tuning parameters. The contribution of this paper is to provide an alternative and general solution to this problem, which we call Observed Asymptotic Variance. It is a general nonparametric method for assessing asymptotic variance (AVAR). It provides consistent estimators of AVAR for a broad class of integrated parameters Θ = ∫ θ_t dt, where the spot parameter process θ can be a general semimartingale, with continuous and jump components. The observed AVAR is implemented with the help of a two‐scales method. Its construction works well in the presence of microstructure noise, and when the observation times are irregular or asynchronous in the multivariate case. The methodology is valid for a wide variety of estimators, including the standard ones for variance and covariance, and also for more complex estimators, such as, of leverage effects, high frequency betas, and semivariance.     

Approximate Confidence Limits for the Difference between Parameters of Two Pólya Distributions

The problem of calculating approximate confidence limits for the difference between success probability parameters of two Pólya distributions is solved for the first time. We suggest some new methods for determining these approximate confidence limits and consider their application to special cases: namely for the binomial and hypergeometric distributions. The various approximate confidence limits are evaluated and compared.     

小麦杂种优势利用研究的现状与对策

综述了目前我国小麦杂种优势利用研究的现状。指出小麦的杂种优势现象是普遍的、明显的和有利用价值的。目前我国在“三系”、“两系”和化杀方面都进行了较深入的研究 ,取得了一定的成果 ,但离实际应用还存在一定差距 ,今后的研究重点应放在“两系”的利用和化杀药剂的研制和利用方面

On tail-ordering and comparison of failure rates

In this paper, we have studied some implications between tail-ordering (also known as dispersive ordering) and failure rate ordering (also called TP₂ ordering) of two probability distribution functions. Based on independent random samples from these distributions, a class of distribution-free tests has been proposed for testing the null hypothesis that the two life distributions are identical against the alternative that one failure rate is uniformly smaller than the other. The tests have good efficiencies as compared to their competitors.     

试论邓小平“一国两制”思想与台湾问题的关系

邓小平“一国两制”构想作为实现祖国统一的既定方针 ,已成功解决香港、澳门问题 ,也必将促成台湾问题的最终解决。“一国两制”关于台湾问题的基本内容提出后 ,“蒋、李时期”台湾当局对之作出了不同反应 ,李登辉最近提出的“两国论”实质是“台独论” ,使两岸关系呈现出一些新的特点 ,也带来了一些新的思考     

Some sampling effects of pairwise correlated observations on likelihood ratio tests for the difference between two means

We study the effects of the inclusion of pairs of correlated observations in a sample on likelihood ratio tests for the difference in two means. In particular, we assess how the inclusion of correlated data pairs (e.g., such as data inadvertently collected from sib-pairs) affects the sample size requirements necessary for the implementation of a Likelihood Ratio (LR) test for the difference between two means. Our results suggest that correlated data pairs beneficially or adversely effect sample size requirements for an LR test to a degree functionally related to the mixture parameters dictating their relative frequencies in the larger sample on which the test will be performed, the strength of the correlation between the observations, and the size of imbalances in the sample with respect to the number of observations in each group. The relevance and implications of the results for genetic and epidemiologic research are discussed.
