虚拟集聚是数字经济的产业组织形态,是数字经济下资源重新配置的方式,已经渗入人们经济生活的各个方面,从集聚效应、新动能、新认识、新增长点等维度剖析虚拟集聚的现实基础,研究虚拟集聚对制造业的冲击及其在数字经济下的新应用。研究认为,网络空间的虚拟集聚是以“网”为基础、以“台”为依托、以“云”为支撑、以“端”为条件,虚拟集聚是集聚在数字经济下的演进,是在网络空间的集聚,具有智能物流、交易费用、空间范围、信息匹配、知识溢出、弱化黑洞、资源配置等集聚效应; 新一轮科技革命、产业变革与中国制造强国梦形成历史性交汇,促使虚拟集聚应运而生,并且成为新一代信息技术与制造业深度融合的新动能,能够显著促进产业数字化和数字产业化,带动传统产业集群转型升级,培育出世界级的先进制造业集群,推动中国制造迈向全球产业链价值链顶端; 虚拟集聚下制造业的关键核心是互联,在应用中需要产业数字化和数字产业化相辅相成,需要技术的支撑,表现为高度自动化、高度信息化和高度网络化,横向集成、纵向集成与端到端的集成,虚拟集聚的生产要素和生产力都是在虚拟空间体现,将推动制造业数字化转型、网络化协调、智能化变革; 随着新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延,虚拟集聚成为新经济增长点,国际供应链中的虚拟集聚显著增长,跨境电商兴起,外贸行业快速数字化发展,教育行业、学术会议借助网络和软件线上进行,线上办公、云端会展快速流行,网络与快递业、餐饮与外卖业、短视频与直播经济、云医疗与大健康迅猛发展,数字阅读、文娱产业线上流行成为新的生活方式,元宇宙的虚拟世界也将推动科技发展带来经济新增长点。  相似文献

Rubinstein (1982) considered the problem of dividing a given surplus between two players sequentially, and then proposed a model in which the two players alternately make and respond to each other's offers through time. He further characterized the perfect equilibrium outcomes, which depend on the players time preferences and order of moves. Using both equal and unequal bargaining cost conditions and an unlimited number of rounds, two experiments were designed to compare the perfect equilibrium model to alternative models based on norms of fairness. We report analyses of final agreements, first offers, and number of bargaining rounds, which provide limited support to the perfect equilibrium model, and then conclude by recommending a shift in focus from model testing to specification of the conditions favoring one model over another.  相似文献

有效数字是大学化学实验课程的主要教学内容之一,是培养学生在课程中理解并在日常学习与工作中规范使用有效数字,提升其对有效数字与测定误差之间关系的认识水平,树立良好规范的数字记录习惯,具有十分重要的现实意义。论述介绍了目前大学化学实验教学中关于有效数字方面存在的主要问题,并采用相应的举措建立和完善了教学方案以利于更好地解决存在的问题。通过几个学期的教学实践发现新教学方案取得了初步的成效,同时严格按照有效数字的要求记录与计算数据也是培养学生具有严谨科学素养的一条重要途径。  相似文献

Virtual worlds, such as World of Warcraft and Second Life, have seen remarkable mainstream uptake in the last decade. Such environments have grown from hosting niche interest groups to providing sites for leisure, business and education for tens of millions of Internet users. Concurrently, a multi-disciplinary research field exploring the application of such spaces has emerged. This article examines in detail one data collection practice – observation in virtual worlds – that has been applied extensively, but without extensive methodological discussion. By revisiting and extending earlier work on this topic, the article presents four key considerations for those conducting observational research in virtual worlds: defining and delimiting field sites, discerning attention, charting actions and attributing intention. It is concluded that researchers must both ward against flawed assumptions about virtual world observation and consider multi-method strategies to overcome limitations in observational data.  相似文献

As a decentralised virtual community, Anonymous has been characterised by its oppositional tendencies. Helped by a collective persona and horizontal management structure, Anonymous has facilitated a myriad of differentiated agenda. However, we can observe a distinct change in its participatory form over time. So, while Anonymous, more broadly, functions as a virtual community, its means of engagement has shifted from a social movement to a decentralised cell network. Following the shooting of Mark Duggan by police on 4 August 2011, there were riots in many large cities in the UK. As the rioting was widely perceived to be perpetrated by the urban poor, links were quickly made with Britain's welfare policies. In this paper, we examine whether the riots, and the subsequent media coverage, influenced attitudes toward welfare recipients. Using the British Social Attitudes survey, we use multivariate difference‐in‐differences regression models to compare attitudes toward welfare recipients among those interviewed before (pre‐intervention: i.e. prior to 6 August) and after (post‐intervention: 10 August–10 September) the riots occurred (N = 3,311). We use variation in exposure to the media coverage to test theories of media persuasion in the context of attitudes toward welfare recipients. Before the riots, there were no significant differences between newspaper readers and non‐readers in their attitudes towards welfare recipients. However, after the riots, attitudes diverged. Newspaper readers became more likely than non‐readers to believe that those on welfare did not really deserve help, that the unemployed could find a job if they wanted to and that those on the dole were being dishonest in claiming benefits. Although the divergence was clearest between right‐leaning newspaper and non‐newspaper readers, we do not a find statistically significant difference between right‐ and left‐leaning newspapers. These results suggest that media coverage of the riots influenced attitudes towards welfare recipients; specifically, newspaper coverage of the riots increased the likelihood that readers of the print media expressed negative attitudes towards welfare recipients when compared with the rest of the population.  相似文献

Individuals in a social dilemma may experience a self-control conflict between urges to act selfishly and their better judgment to cooperate. Pairing a public goods game with a subtle framing technique, we test whether perception of self-control conflict strengthens the association between self-control and cooperation. Consistent with our hypothesis, cooperative behavior is positively associated with self-control in the treatment that raised the relative likelihood of perceiving conflict, but not associated with self-control in the treatment that lowered the likelihood. These results indicate that it is important to understand the role of self-control in cooperation.  相似文献

We study how well individuals in a face-to-face situation can delude others. We exploit data from a laboratory experiment in which participants were asked to assess video-taped statements as being rather truthful or untruthful. The statements are face-to-face tax declarations. The video clips feature each subject twice making the same declaration: One time the subject is reporting honestly, and the other time willingly dishonestly. This allows us to investigate within-subject differences in perceived truthfulness. Our study provides several novel insights. We find that individuals can cover up their lies successfully. On average, a subject is perceived as more truthful if she deceives than if she reports honestly. In particular, individuals with a genuine dishonest appearance manage to increase their perceived truthfulness by up to 14 percent when lying. Moreover, our results show that a subject appears less truthful if she had previously been caught lying. Being detected as a liar previously appears to impair self-confidence and to thereby lower an individual’s ability to deceive.  相似文献
