金融危机与我国弹性工时制度的实施

我国法律规定，企业要实行不定时工时制度或综合计算工时制度，除要具备规定的生产或工作特点条件外，还必须要向国家劳动行政部门履行审批手续，只有获得国家劳动行政部门的批准才能实施指定的弹性工时制度。金融危机爆发后政府由严格控制转变为鼓励企业实施弹性工时制度。因此政府必须要处理好“维稳”和“维权”的关系；处理好行政能动和司法理性的关系；建立弹性工时制常态化的审查机制，赋予司法对弹性工时制度实施的最终审查权。     

Department of Health Research Overviews – Past, Present and Future: An evaluation of the dissemination of the Blue Book, Child Protection: Messages from Research

Since 1985 the Department of Health has been providing child care research overviews as a means of bringing together the findings of its funded research programmes. With each successive publication a pattern of design and dissemination has emerged. This is illustrated by Child Protection: Messages from Research ( Department of Health 1995 ), an overview of 20 studies of child protection. It included an introductory essay, summaries of each project and a set of 'True for Us' exercises. Publication was followed by national seminars and widespread distribution of free copies. Given the substantial investment, it seems timely to assess the impact of the dissemination process in terms of reaching and affecting practice. The survey sought to assess awareness, use and opinions of the report from social services, education and health professionals. It consisted of questionnaires administered by post and telephone calls to a representative sample of 600 professionals working in child protection, 292 of whom replied. The results demonstrate that the book is very well known among most professionals working in child welfare, particularly in social services, and is perceived to have affected the practice of over half of the respondents. The study supports the structure adopted for the report but suggests further benefits in employing a variety of dissemination strategies for different professional groups. Finally, the paper discusses the relationship between overviews and evidence-based services.     

Insecurity related to working life by age groups in Finland and Estonia in the 1990s

This article compares the reasons for insecurity related to working life in different age groups in Finland and Estonia, and the coping strategies evident in the two countries. Insecurity related to working life is more common in Finland than in Estonia. The differences between the two countries are more distinct with respect to experienced work-related insecurity than to an experienced lack of well-being linked to work. This shows that feelings of insecurity are affected not only by external factors, but also by internal factors linked to a person's earlier development. The most common causes of insecurity for people of working age are unemployment, mental strain and difficulties in interpersonal relationships at the work place. The individual's willingness to find means of coping at work is more clearly evident in Estonia than in Finland. People of working age in Finland are more likely to attempt to change the external conditions of work than are their Estonian counterparts.     

普通高校院(系)教学秘书工作范式初探

文章基于主管教学的职能部门和有关院(系)单位之间的沟通协调、合作交流,特别是管理服务的实践经验,先从教学工作的背景分析入手,概括了教学秘书工作的核心内容,初步探索了现代高等学校教学秘书的工作范式。这对深化高校教育教学改革、提高秘书工作品质、提升教学服务及管理效率等具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。     

天下第一绝句《静夜思》——兼谈"床前明月光"何以后来居上

李白的《静夜思》是当代中国知名度最高、普及度最广的小诗,堪称天下第一绝句。诗中物象的亲切性、音韵的和美性、思维的单线性、空间的可变性、时间的永恒性、身心的依存性,组成了一个独一无二的魅力系统。但是,《静夜思》在整个唐代并未受到评论家和诗选家们的青睐。而且"床前明月光"和"举头望明月"两句,也是明代人从李白原句"床前看月光"和"举头望山月"改动而成的。"明月……明月……故乡",不仅大大增强了宇宙间的空明感,强劲延续了望月思乡的诗歌传统,而且大大凸显了明代文人群体的"大明"意识。尤其是明末清初的民族情绪,更使得这两个"明"字别具意味。因为在古典诗文中,"故乡"与"故国"同义。从明清两代开始,中国读者用集体的智慧,小小修改了李白的《静夜思》,大大强化了"作品的绝对独特性",又用集体的热情,一代代人亿万次地持续诵读。时至今日,终于在千淘万汰之后,将"床前明月光……"托上了民族记忆的珠穆朗玛峰。透视一首默默无闻的唐诗演变为天下第一绝句的特殊历程,后人可以在文学创作、作品改编、接受研究等方面获得多向度的启迪。

创新才能发展,才能出业绩。搞创新要爱国,不爱国就没有动力;要敬业,自己牵线的东西就要咬住它,几十年干,做不出成绩不罢休;要重视现场,特别是工科的学生,不要小看实践知识,不要轻视劳动人民;要创新,只有创新才能够超越;人要有合理的定位;要有健康的心理和身体;要勤奋,不怕困难,团结大家,从小的事情做起。     

工作压力、教学效能感对普通高中与职业中学教师职业枯竭影响的比较研究

该研究通过对14所普通高中、15所职业中学704名教师的问卷调查,将普通高中、职业中学教师的教学效能感和工作压力对教师职业枯竭的预测作用进行了比较,结果表明:第一,工作压力对普通高中和职业中学教师的职业枯竭具有显著的预测作用,但是存在差异;第二,教学效能对普通高中和职业中学教师的职业枯竭都具有显著的预测作用,但是存在差异;第三,通过对工作压力和教学效能的联合考察,能够更好地预测普通高中和职业中学教师的职业枯竭。

格拉斯的《剥洋葱》几乎成了世界的文化事件,其意义却绝非只是简单的"爆料",而是体现了格拉斯一以贯之的立场:作为"针对流逝的时间写作"的公民,以真正启蒙的精神再三撕开伤口,不断反思往昔。本文分析这部自传体写作,从记忆与回忆、诗与真、主我与客我、个体记忆与文化记忆、现代与后现代等张力关系的角度,探讨格拉斯有关"记忆工作"的观点及其百折不挠的拒绝"忘川"的努力。     

略论杜甫诗中劳动妇女形象的悲剧美

以对《石壕吏》、《新婚别》、《又呈吴郎》三首诗歌来解读杜甫所塑造的老妪、新娘、寡妇三种类型的劳动妇女形象,并进一步分析这些劳动妇女形象所体现出的一种在苦难生活中诞生的坚强生命的悲剧美。     

论儒家观念影响下的我国程序法治

儒家观念对古代中国司法产生了举足轻重的影响,并且直接导致了古代中国程序法治的缺失。在一定程度上,儒家思想依然对当代中国的法治产生着不可忽视的影响,这已成为我国法治发展的一大障碍。法律人特别是法官,必须冲破儒家思想对我国程序法治发展带来的局限,实现对法律及程序的忠诚。
