江泽民执政党建设思想探源

江泽民执政党建设思想是十三届四中全会以来,以江泽民为核心的党的第三代中央领导集体带领全党运用马克思主义党建学说进行党建实践创新的产物,它与马克思主义党建学说是一脉相承的,同时又具有中国特色。本文从四个方面论述了它的来源。     

中国共产党九十年人本宪政探索

人本宪政是以人为本与宪政思想的统一。民主革命时期,党的人本宪政探索主要包括中华苏维埃共和国宪政和陕甘宁边区宪政两个方面。新中国成立之后,党的人本宪政探索主要包括从新中国建立到＂文革＂前和十一届三中全会以来的人本宪政两个时期。党的人本宪政探索为我们提供了许多关于人本宪政发展的启示。

本文围绕提高毕业设计(论文)质量这一核心,详细介绍了我校在探索与实践毕业设计(论文)质量管理中,深化质量管理改革,加强过程质量监控,开展质量评价,举办成果展览,开展管理经验交流活动等强化毕业设计(论文)质量管理方面的做法与成效。     

Daisee: Adaptive importance sampling by balancing exploration and exploitation

We study adaptive importance sampling (AIS) as an online learning problem and argue for the importance of the trade-off between exploration and exploitation in this adaptation. Borrowing ideas from the online learning literature, we propose Daisee, a partition-based AIS algorithm. We further introduce a notion of regret for AIS and show that Daisee has $𝒪(\sqrt{T}{(\log T)}^{\frac{3}{4}})$ cumulative pseudo-regret, where $T$ is the number of iterations. We then extend Daisee to adaptively learn a hierarchical partitioning of the sample space for more efficient sampling and confirm the performance of both algorithms empirically.

跨地域文化交流研究与探索——“巴蜀文化与湖湘文化高层论坛”系列学术研讨会述要

区域学术文化交流是中华文化传承的重要内容,也是中华文化创新的重要途径."巴蜀文化"与"湖湘文化"作为长江领域重要的两大地域文化,彼此之间从古至今交流交融都很密切.清代初年"湖广填四川"更是加剧了两地文化的联结与融合,因此,将其放在一起进行比较整合研究,举办"巴蜀文化与湖湘文化高层论坛",不啻是跨地域文化学术研究的新探索."巴蜀文化与湖湘文化高层论坛"已成功举办五届,现已成为地域学术文化研究的一个品牌.为总结经验,特对"巴蜀文化与湖湘文化高层论坛"的缘起、演进、主要研究成果及未来展望做一分析梳理,以期能吸引、邀请到更多海内外学者及机构参与到论坛中来,进而将论坛推向世界,以促进中华文化的国际传播,提升中华文化的国际影响力.

“利津游戏”经过长期实践探索，逐步形成了嵌入中国文化基因、蕴含多彩自然教育、渗透科学探索精神、凸显强烈挑战精神等四个创新特征。     

Personality predictors of career exploration: A meta-analysis

In this meta-analysis, correlations of personality traits and career decision-making self-efficacy with self and environmental career exploration were estimated across 71 samples and a pairwise sample of 19,846. Traits included the Big Five personality traits, shyness, locus of control, vocational decision styles, and stress. Many measures of career exploration were based on scores of self and environmental exploration on the Career Exploration Survey. Results varied by characteristics with the largest effects for locus of control, vocational decision style: thinking-feeling and self-efficacy. Environmental exploration and self-exploration were moderately correlated and demonstrated different relations with traits that were consistent with theory. Self-exploration was related to openness to experience and unrelated to extraversion, while environmental exploration was correlated with extraversion. Both were similarly correlated with conscientiousness such that conscientious individuals were more likely to engage in career exploration.
