80后农民工的城市就业现状与对策建议

分析了80后农民工在城市的就业特征,主要从四方面提出了对策建议:建立健全80后农民工就业的社会保障机制;改革创新80后农民工就业培训模式;为农民工塑造良好的工作环境;构建农民工双向流迁就业体系。     

Anti-hierarchical activism in Hong Kong: the post-80s youth

In 2009, a political youth movement known as the Post-80s emerged in Hong Kong to protest against the construction of a high-speed railway. While local academics and government officials framed the motivations of these youth protesters using economic rationales, I argue here that the Post-80s are better understood as conveying their dissatisfaction towards existing political structures in the city. This profile sets out Post-80s criticisms of the entrenched hierarchical dynamics in Hong Kong political culture that has shaped interactions between the government, political parties and the wider population, and discusses how the Post-80s have responded to the representational imbalances imposed by these hierarchical practices in the local political sphere by advocating for a way of doing politics where individual voices (as opposed to the collective) are emphasized, and where horizontal structures are used. I conclude by exploring the repercussions of this critique on recent political discourses and protests observed in Hong Kong.     

“80后”与“90后”大学生心理健康状况比较研究——以东华理工大学为例

以东华理工大学连续7年新生心理普查为基础,采用心理健康临床症状自评量表SCL-90进行测试,并对"80后"与"90后"大学生群体心理健康状况作比较分析与研究。结果表明,"80后"与"90后"大学生在强迫症状、抑郁、恐怖、精神病性因子上不具有显著性差异;"80后"与"90后"大学生在偏执、焦虑、敌对症状方面存在着差异;男、女大学生心理状况均有待改善。基于此,提出了做好"90后"群体为主的大学生心理辅导与教育工作新思路。     

Influencing behaviour: The mindspace way

The ability to influence behaviour is central to many of the key policy challenges in areas such as health, finance and climate change. The usual route to behaviour change in economics and psychology has been to attempt to ‘change minds’ by influencing the way people think through information and incentives. There is, however, increasing evidence to suggest that ‘changing contexts’ by influencing the environments within which people act (in largely automatic ways) can have important effects on behaviour. We present a mnemonic, MINDSPACE, which gathers up the nine most robust effects that influence our behaviour in mostly automatic (rather than deliberate) ways. This framework is being used by policymakers as an accessible summary of the academic literature. To motivate further research and academic scrutiny, we provide some evidence of the effects in action and highlight some of the significant gaps in our knowledge.

80/20效率法则又称帕累托法则。80/20法则主张:以一个小的诱因、投入和努力,可以产生大的结果、产出或酬劳。你所完成的工作里80%的成果,来自于你所付出的20%。这一法则被管理界广泛应用。高校图书馆将80/20效率法则运用到信息媒体的采集中,遵循实用性原则、系统性原则、发展与剔除原则、特色化和协调性原则,可使有效的信息媒体发挥更大的作用,实现效益的最大化;使所采集的信息媒体更具实用性、系统性,更适合广大读者的需求,更好地为高校的教学科研服务。     

“80后”农民工择偶模式研究

本文通过对528份有效调查问卷的统计分析得知:80后农民工由于特殊的成长环境和成长经历,他们在择偶上出现了年龄偏早化、择偶观念逆传统化、婚期选择集中化等趋势。针对这种变化,笔者认为构建科学合理的择偶模式势在必行,政府、家庭、社会和个人应各尽其责,协调合作,帮助他们树立正确的人生观、价值观和择偶观,更好地促进社会主义新农村的建设。     

Z80DEBUG软件在PC系列微机上的设计实现

在硬软件资源较丰富的 PC 系列机上,逐渐健全 Z80程序的开发环境受到 Z80使用者的普遍关注。本文介绍了在 PC 机上开发的 Z80程序调试工具——Z80DEBUG 软件,并论述了总体目标设计,程序实现技术以及应用实例。     

“全面两孩”政策对青年生育意愿的影响——以杭州市80后为例

通过问卷调查和实地访谈法,对杭州市"全面两孩"政策实施后80后生育意愿的变化进行了分析。调查结果表明,"全面两孩"政策的知晓度较高,但认知度尚有欠缺;绝大部分非独生子女已婚80后及未婚80后都有生两孩的意愿;主要基于一孩的性别期盼第二个孩子的性别;推崇晚婚晚育,接受生育第二个孩子的时间间隔为3⁴年;生育动机日益多元化。据此,提出了优化人口结构,实现人口稳定、合理增长的对策建议。
