The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs of extension agents for training on organic agriculture (OA) in the Riyadh Region. Fifty-five percent (n = 69) of extension agents were selected to collect data through an electronic survey. Results indicated that extension agents in the Riyadh Region cited on job training as a main source for acquiring knowledge in OA. Agents expressed interest in receiving training in OA in general, OA marketing, and transitioning to OA. The most useful resources were field days at organic farms, OA training sessions at colleges, and attending OA trial plots. There were no differences in the level of interest in training; however, there were significant differences between individuals in terms of their experience in OA, job responsibility for providing information related to OA, and area of specialization in their job. This study recommends developing professional training programs based on the current knowledge of extension agents.  相似文献

在过失犯中采纳结果避免可能性理论,既有实定法依据,也能够解决实务中践行传统过失审查模式所导致的问题,保证归责范围的妥当性。要使结果避免可能性理论研究的教义学成果在实务中落地生根,必须结合实务案例确定结果避免可能性理论适用的具体操作指南。首先,合义务替代行为是最低限度的符合全部注意义务的行为。其次,应当区分风险,在假定因果流程中需要考虑的是与行为人所创设风险之实现有关的“关联风险”,而要避免的“结果”必须结合具体的时空关系进行判断。最后,应当判断是否确定能够避免结果发生,在不能确定能否避免结果发生时,应采取风险升高理论;但在避免结果发生的可能性较小时,可对行为人酌情从轻处罚。  相似文献

This study investigates the associations between school principals’ job crafting and well-being. Drawing on the job demands-resources approach of the job crafting model and self-determination theory, we hypothesized that need satisfaction and need frustration act as likely mechanisms between the positive and negative effects of job crafting behaviors and work-related well-being (work engagement and burnout). Using cross-sectional data collected from a sample of Finnish school principals (n = 518), our structural equation model revealed that crafting structural job resources was positively associated with need satisfaction and negatively with need frustration. Increasing challenge job demands was positively associated with need satisfaction, which, in turn, was associated with higher work-related well-being. In addition, crafting structural job resources was directly positively linked to burnout as well as work engagement. Moreover, we found that decreasing hindrance demands was positively associated with burnout and negatively associated with work engagement via need frustration. No associations were found between crafting social resources, indicators of basic psychological needs, or work-related well-being. These findings provide insights into how principals determine their own basic psychological needs via job crafting, and how this is reflected in their work-related well-being. The study advances job crafting theory and self-determination theory, with important implications for practice and future research.  相似文献

本研究聚焦渐趋普遍的“老漂族”群体异地养老现象,关注其精神健康。以福利多元和精神赡养理论为分析框架,对广州市三个老年流动人口较集中地区的“老漂族”进行问卷调查及访谈,通过多元线性回归分析政府、家庭、社区、市场等主体的服务供给对“老漂族”异地养老精神需求产生的影响,剖析“老漂族”异地精神赡养的需求和供给现状。本文的主要结论是,目前的养老福利托底政策和市场补充供给的不足给“老漂族”带来异地养老尤其是精神赡养上一定的困难,建议更多地发挥家庭、社区和社会组织的作用,提倡养老资源供给模式应将物质服务和精神扶助结合起来,实现养老渠道多样化、社会福利供给主体多元化,形成多元供给主体之间的协调与互补,共同支撑起能够惠及“老漂族”异地精神赡养的养老服务体系。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Research has explored how care managers in elder care – who often function as ‘street-level bureaucrats’ – regard professional discretion. The way in which length of work experience affects care managers’ use of professional discretion remains, however, unexplored. This article present findings from 12 focus groups with 60 care managers. By bringing attention to how care managers experience the needs assessment process, this article sheds light on how these ‘street-level bureaucrats’ struggle when they try to balance their clients’ needs against institutional frameworks and local guidelines. Length of work experience seems to play a role in how care managers claim to use professional discretion. Experienced care managers describe how they deviate from the guidelines at times in order to create an increased scope of action in their decision-making process. Those with less time in the profession describe greater difficulties in this respect. Findings suggest that research should explore if length of work experience plays a role in the actual way in which care managers assess needs and make decisions. As such, they contribute to our understanding of how needs assessment processes are navigated by professionals while also pointing towards the nature of professional discretion in gerontological social work.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This qualitative study examined the housing needs of grandparent caregivers and the youth in their care in New York State. Nine focus groups were conducted separately with grandparent caregivers (n = 46) and youth (n = 34), and interviews were conducted with key informants (n = 17) knowledgeable about housing and issues. Housing needs of greatest priority, contextual differences, and potential barriers to securing housing and social services were identified. Key themes indicated that housing challenges stem from four problem domains: the experience of poverty, which creates affordability challenges that trap grandparent caregivers and their grandchildren in unsuitable homes and unsafe neighborhoods; physical challenges of aging grandparents, which require specific housing accommodations; changes in family composition when taking in grandchildren, which necessitate moving out of prior accommodations or changing housing plans due to regulatory issues; and obstacles to obtaining needed benefits, including a lack of information, burdensome application processes, ineligibility, and a shortage of resources. These issues are discussed with implications for policy and practice.  相似文献

Family supporting foster care (FSFC) is a directly accessible, short-term and preventive form of foster care for children under the age of 12. Caregivers in this type of foster care need comprehensive support to deal with their complex tasks. In this contribution, the support needs arising from the behaviour of the foster child as well as concerning dealing with the biological parents of 85 Flemish FSFC-parents are examined, as these are areas FSFC-parents specifically ask support for. These support needs are evaluated for possible links with child and foster parent characteristics. More experienced foster parents and foster parents with a foster child showing more externalising problem behaviour ask for more support in managing the child's behaviour.  相似文献

地方政府规范性文件,是地方政府为实施法律、执行政策,在法定权限内制定的行政法规、规章以外的用以规范行政主体或不特定相对人的具有普遍约束力、可反复适用的决定、命令、办法、指示等。地方政府规范性文件的制定实施,有效弥补了制定法的缺陷,促进了当地经济社会发展,提升了地方政府参与社会治理的能力和水平。但同时,规范性文件制定主体的多样性、制定程序的随意性、监督机制的缺失以及制定过程中的以权谋私行为,容易侵害当地民众的合法权益,也损害了地方政府的公信力和权威。为实现地方政府规范性文件制定的法治化,应当通过明确规范性文件的制定主体、规范行政规范性文件的制定程序、保障民众参与规范性文件制定的权利、完善规范性文件的备案审查制度以及健全“问题”规范性文件的惩戒机制等措施,有效提升规范性文件的质量。  相似文献

生态安全屏障问题已经成为我国新时期经济社会发展的重大主题之一,而科技对支撑生态安全建设起着举足轻重的作用。云南是我国“两屏三带一区多点”国家生态安全屏障体系中“黄土高原—川滇生态屏障”的重要组成部分,随着云南省桥头堡建设的推进和国家“一带一路”战略的提出,云南省生态安全屏障建设的科技需求进一步增强。云南生态安全屏障建设的科技需求主要体现在促进生态保护、加强生态治理、推进绿色生态发展三个方面。构建云南省生态安全屏障,应以建设生态科技工程为重要载体和主要抓手,从建设跨境生态雨林、跨境河流、沿边生态走廊、天然林、高原湖泊、节能环保、绿色生态庄园、健康照护基地等方面入手来开展工作。  相似文献
