文章结合数字经济的内涵和外延,分别从数字基础设施、数字产业化、产业数字化等方面构建了数字经济发展水平量化指标体系,基于熵值法测度了中国2010—2018年数字经济发展趋势,并建立灰色预测模型对2019—2028年的数字经济发展走向进行预测。研究结果表明:2010—2018年,中国数字经济发展水平增长了4.4倍,年均增速达到50%,2019—2028年,中国数字经济发展水平增速将不断提高,预计2028年数字经济发展水平将是2018年的5倍。因此,我国要进一步推动新型数字经济基础设施建设,加快传统产业的数字化转型,积极发展电信业等数字产业,以保障我国数字经济快速发展。  相似文献

文章基于2013—2019年中国30个省份的面板数据,先运用模拟退火优化投影寻踪模型测算中国数字经济发展指数,再采用双向固定效应模型和广义空间两阶段最小二乘法验证数字经济和人工智能制造对劳动力资源错配的影响效应。结果表明,2013—2019年我国数字经济发展水平整体呈现稳中有进的趋势,年均增速为11.8%。尽管数字经济发展先行区主要位于东部沿海地区,但近年来西部地区各省份年均增速较高,已形成"东部领跑,西部追赶"的空间分异格局。数字经济能显著缓解劳动力错配,人工智能制造在其中发挥着重要的中介作用,这一结论经过稳健性检验后依然成立。  相似文献

统计方法运用于历史研究,不仅是知识领域的跨界合作,更是西方社会科学与中国历史传统交流碰撞的产物。统计入史有着不可更张的先天基因,不仅统计表与我国史表形式相近,而且统计材料翔实确切的要求与我国史学“记史求真”的传统相吻合。梁启超率先提出历史统计学这一概念,这不仅与他个人好制史表的个人习惯有关,同时也与他主动汲取先进治史理念有关,更重要的是受其业师康有为的影响。统计入史后,在民国时期社会经济史研究领域多有提倡与实践。统计入史为整理史料与研究问题提供了新方法。自此,数字与图表结合的历史书写方式常出没于史籍之中,史学的数字人文显示出强大的生命力。  相似文献

Resistance to women’s public voice and visibility via street harassment and workplace sexual harassment have long constrained women’s use of and comfort in physical public spaces; this gender-based resistance now extends into digital arenas. Women face extreme hostility in the form of digital sexism in discussion rooms, comment sections, gaming communities, and on social media platforms. Reflecting on two years of in-depth interviews with women who have been on the receiving end of gender-based digital abuse (n?=?38), conversations with industry professionals working in content moderation and digital safety, the extant literature, and news stories about digital attacks against women, I offer a lens to think through the prominent patterns in digital sexism, showing (1) that aggressors draw upon three overlapping strategies – intimidating, shaming, and discrediting – to limit women’s impact in digital publics, (2) the way femininity and femaleness are used to undermine women’s contributions, and (3) men call attention to women’s physicality as a way to pull gender – and the male advantage that comes with it – to the fore in digital exchanges. Finally, I argue that when digital sexism succeeds in pressing women out of digital spaces, constrains the topics they address publicly, or limits the ways they address them, we must consider the democratic costs of gender-based harassment, in addition to the personal ones.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Cyber-safety behaviors are important in preventing the loss of an individual's digital assets and ensuring the safety of important daily online activities. Individuals’ cyber-safety is also critical for national cybersecurity. The issue is highly relevant for Israel, a country that relies on the digital capabilities of its workers for its major technology industries and is also often a target of cyberwarfare and cybercrime attacks. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of cyber-safety behavior. We investigate the role of age, gender and education in the use of safety-related digital skills and antivirus software. Using a 2014 survey of a national sample of Internet users in Israel (N?=?1850), we found that age, gender, education and quality of access are associated with the level of users’ digital security skills. In addition, these skills and the frequency of conducting financial activities online are the main determinants of antivirus behaviors. Our results expand the understanding of cyber-safety by showing that social and digital disparities are reproduced in the use of measures to prevent online threats, putting the digitally disadvantaged at greater risk of becoming victims of online threats.  相似文献

In Understanding Media, Marshall McLuhen proposed that tactility would eventually become a determining factor in electronic media, leading to the formation of a new kind of “common sense.” This article investigates whether by exploring this idea we are able to arrive at an alternative theoretical framework for understanding tactility, a framework that avoids the tactile-optic distinction and the understanding of tactility as a sensation primarily innervated through the bodily part of the hand. McLuhan’s notions of “acoustic space” and “contraction” are directly related to this breakthrough. It is further argued that the resulting theoretical framework can be enriched when considered in conjunction with social analyses of rhythms and used to account for the differentiation and customization or individualization of media use in the digital age. In this way, tactility is treated as embedded within rhythmic signals and fluctuations in media, allowing us to rethink McLuhan’s “common sense” in a singularly illuminating way.  相似文献

This issue examines struggles over public discursive power in late modern society, understanding that late modern publics are characterized by a destabilization of formerly unmarked public authorities, in other words, an unsettling of standardized “voices from nowhere” (Gal & Woolard, 2001). The contributions to the issue illustrate traditional social and academic elites’ discursive reactions to such developments. In the introduction, we outline different theoretical frameworks of modern and late‐modern publics, identify factors that contribute to a destabilization of modern certainties of social public order, and argue that a weakening of traditional public norms not only implies emancipation but also, as the contributions to the issue demonstrate, may bring along new forms of public dominance. For the positioning of contemporary sociolinguistic theory and practice, we conclude that it is the crucial task of the current public moment to critically self‐engage with our own relations with, and ideologies of, the public. Die Beiträge illustrieren Reaktionen traditioneller sozialer und akademischer Eliten hierauf. In dieser Einleitung skizzieren wir verschiedene theoretische Zugänge zu moderner und spätmoderner Öffentlichkeit, identifizieren Faktoren, die zu einer Destabilisierung von sozialen Gewissheiten der Moderne beitragen und legen dar, dass eine Schwächung traditioneller öffentlichen Normen nicht nur soziale Emanzipation impliziert sondern, wie die Beiträge zu diesem Heft zeigen, auch neue Formen öffentlicher Dominanz hervorbringt. In Bezug auf zeitgenössische soziolinguistische Theorie und Praxis schlussfolgern wir daraus, dass es im aktuellen öffentlichen Kontext eine zentrale Aufgabe der Soziolinguistik ist, sich kritisch mit den eigenen Beziehungen zu und Ideologien von Öffentlichkeit befassen. In April 2016, a US-based independent sport media organization Just Not Sports launched #MoreThanMean, a digital media campaign to raise awareness about online harassment of women in sports journalism. The video quickly reached 3.7 million views and generated widespread coverage in mainstream news media, sports media, and online-only outlets. Using the #MoreThanMean campaign as a case study, this study assesses how discourses circulate in the sports media environment and, in particular, how feminist messages travel as the content moves from social media to mass media. This study engages with post-feminism in order to examine how various producers of media content position online harassment and sexism in sport and society. While the campaign positioned online harassment as gendered workplace discrimination, the mainstream and sports media coverage typically centralized men in the discussion. Feminist perspectives were constrained to platforms with a progressive, women-centered, and/or explicitly feminist take. Implications for digital feminist activism in the context of sport are discussed.  相似文献

乡村数字治理是推进数字乡村建设和实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容。基层政府将敏捷治理思维和方法嵌入乡村数字治理体系之中,提供了弹性再造治理空间、灵活设置治理机制、协同参与治理流程的经验样本,建构了乡村数字治理的独特模式。这一模式运作呈现出三种实践取向:一是智治主义取向,指涉运用先进的信息技术工具搭建乡村治理的数字化平台,打造完善的信息基础架构和治理模块,变革治理信息的生产、传递和处理方式,在此基础上形塑“整体智治”的治理形态;二是简约主义取向,指涉增强乡村治权和主体性,赋予村级组织必要的治理权力和资源,发挥社会内生性力量的自治功能;三是人本主义取向,指涉依循“以民众为中心”的基本原则,使民众成为参与治理流程和评判治理绩效的主体,将民众需求作为乡村数字治理的决策依据和运行基点。  相似文献
