人类命运共同体构想作为马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果,是在积极反思人类生存现状的基础之上,对世界未来发展形态的一种前瞻性擘画。总体观之,作为“类”存在的人的主体自觉以及马克思主义“类”思想是人类命运共同体构想的逻辑基点, 现代“人类交往”方式的演进与普遍发展是人类命运共同体构想的现实基点,中国传统文化中的“和合”理念是人类命运共同体构想的思想源点。逻辑起点、现实基点与思想源点共同构成人类命运共同体构想的生成之源,对其系统、深入的阐释与审思则是我们学习、领悟、实践这一伟大构想的重要环节。  相似文献

This study advances our current understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) communication in a controversial industry by analyzing CSR-related Facebook posts from seven Canadian public cannabis companies. Our findings indicated that these companies’ CSR communication on Facebook was mostly instrumentalist, lacked transparency, and used effective multimedia characteristics. In addition, associations between communication strategies and public engagement on social media (e.g., # of likes, comments, and shares) revealed both opportunities and ethical concerns regarding CSR communication in controversial businesses.  相似文献

运用传播学内容分析法,以中央媒体对获得"全国教书育人楷模"和"最美教师"荣誉称号的"国家教师"相关报道为研究对象,从外在和内在两个方面对大众传播的"国家教师"媒介形象进行分析。外在形象包括教师性别、年龄、教龄、外表、场景以及任教的学校类别、区域、学科专业等方面,内在形象包括职业精神、职业知识和职业能力等方面。研究发现,大众媒体对"国家教师"形象的刻画和宣传符合社会公众认知教师职业的基本逻辑,起到了传递教师精神、端正教师形象、唤起社会尊重教师的功效,但也存在城乡教师形象传播刻板化以及教师普通人形象展现不充分等问题,可在后续的传播中对"国家教师"形象的价值倾向进行适当调整。  相似文献

作为化外之地的古徽州,因北方长期战乱,引发北人多次南迁,中原世家大族有的徙居徽州,子孙繁衍,聚族而居,徽州也直接继承了中原文明。淮北在北人南下中起了桥梁和中转站的作用,当然也不乏北人留居淮北等。明初政府对淮北凤阳府实行大规模人口迁移政策,晚清太平天国战乱,江南人大量逃亡淮北等地区。这样,淮北成了外来人口杂居的社会。徽州社会长期相对安宁,经济富庶,文化昌荣,文化特色独树一帜。淮北在北宋及之前,虽有北人南下,但自然和人文环境总体尚好,文化名人也层出叠现,对中国文化影响深远。自黄河夺淮入海和金兵犯淮,淮北文化开始凋零荒芜;明初江浙文人的大批迁淮,又使得淮泗文化稍有复苏;至晚清文化持续凋零。  相似文献

In 2020, Twitter launched a new strategy dubbed ‘prebunking’ in hopes of pre-emptively countering false information about voting by mail and election results. Prebunking was touted as a potential solution; however, little empirical research has tested the strategy to examine its effectiveness towards disinformation in the realm of public relations. Exploring PR-based disinformation attacks as a paracrisis, the purpose of this online quasi-experimental design study (N = 965) was to investigate the effects of an attack and how prebunking strategies, grounded in inoculation theory, can protect organizational outcomes (i.e., reputation and credibility) by interweaving positive psychology. In addition to examining effects on attitudinal components, this study also inspected dimensions of social amplification to determine if prebunking messages can thwart the spread of disinformation via Facebook. Findings provide insight into advancing the conceptual framework of proactive disinformation responses for crisis communication by demonstrating the success of using prebunking with autonomy support and explicit details to thwart adverse effects of disinformation.  相似文献

The fast-changing scenario related to the COVID-19 pandemic calls for firms to rapidly redefine and innovate their strategies to sustain their businesses, with research emphasizing the key roles of digital technologies and servitization. We aim to enrich the theoretical debate on this matter by assessing how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) achieve product innovation under time constraints by leveraging two specific technology groups (information and communication technologies [ICT] and Industry 4.0 data-processing technologies) and servitization. The research is based on a mixed-method approach consisting of an original survey completed by 257 Italian SMEs (grounded on a previous qualitative study about such SMEs' behaviors during the first Italian lockdown), followed by in-depth interviews with the owners and/or managers of the eight SMEs that participated in the survey. The results show a positive relationship between the increased use of digital technologies (ICT and Industry 4.0 data-processing technologies) during the pandemic with servitization and, in turn, with product innovation. Specifically, the increased use of ICT during the pandemic had a direct positive effect on product innovation, while Industry 4.0 data-processing technologies affected product innovation only through the full mediation of servitization. The qualitative study allowed us to highlight how the different kinds of digital technologies supported SMEs’ innovation (servitization and product innovation) during the pandemic. The theoretical and practical contributions of this study are discussed.  相似文献

Social workers within child protection services report that families marked by high levels of conflict between separated parents are among the most challenging cases to handle. Few studies however have focussed on how social workers themselves experience and meet with parents involved in hostile martial interactions. This article reports on a qualitative study involving 31 social workers and provides an analysis of their experiences and dilemmas in working with such families. Findings demonstrate that social workers struggle to find ways to help high‐conflict families and often find themselves at an impasse. Parents involved in such conflict are highly resistant to change, and social workers struggle to engage with them over concerns about their children. Furthermore, findings suggest that social workers lack organizationally allotted time to assist the parents. I conclude by discussing ways in which emotional support, empowering interventions, and strength‐based approaches enable social workers to manage relationships with high‐conflict families. More research on this topic is needed to support and promote better practices for social workers to be more effective in assisting high‐conflict families.  相似文献

围绕女性主体性视角,聚焦不同属性媒体建构女性农民工形象的话语实践,探讨了新闻文本呈现女性农民工形象的总体特征和社会逻辑。通过对2000—2019年广东省和江苏省4份代表性报纸女性农民工议题新闻报道(N=2485)的内容分析和文本分析,研究发现女性农民工的媒体形象建构呈现出“主体性缺失”和“结构性弱势”两大特点。从报道数量上看,女性农民工议题的重要性经历了高峰过后逐渐下降并趋于平稳的动态变化。较之农民工整体,国内主流报纸对女性农民工“低度再现”。从媒体形象上看,尽管女性农民工行为形象的主观能动性有所提升,但“主体性缺失”的受苦受难者和被关爱者仍占比61.09%,价值形象总体上趋于客观平衡。党政机关报和都市报在女性农民工媒体形象和新闻结构框架上均存在显著性差异,这一差异彰显着形塑文本的社会结构性要素之间的张力。  相似文献
