门与墙:一种合作的而非分离的文化转型人类学

人类学需要走出一种围墙的界限,需要不同学科门类之间的知识交流与合作。知识相互间的分离,也可以说是一种之前文化分离观念的自然养成,由此而要去反思曾经社区的、区域的以及模式的文化研究之缺陷和不足。人的精神是相通的,观念之间不会因为围墙和大门关闭而不发生沟通。人类学未来的希望则在于一种跨出边界的合作人类学的成长。

Praetor的实与名:从正名开始的罗马公法研究

古罗马的Praetor的名实问题,从翻译的角度说存在八种汉译,对Praetor官职从古罗马共和时期开始直到帝政时期的实际职掌,其最初是一种兼具行政、司法和军事职能的官职,只是到了帝政时期,Praetor才慢慢地转变为专业的司法官.因此,对Praetor一词的准确把握,应依据其在不同时期的不同职能进行,不能通译为裁判官,最好的释义是副执政官.     

‘Heroes and Matriarchs’: Working‐Class Femininities,Violence and Door Supervision Work

Door supervision work is traditionally seen as a working‐class, male‐dominated trade. In addition, it is deemed to be one that is physically risky, where violence is seen as a ‘tool of the trade’ and where ‘bodily capital’ and ‘fighting ability’ are paramount to the competent performance of the job. This paper is a timely analysis on the manner in which the increasing numbers of women who work in door supervision negotiate their occupational identity and construct their work practices. The analysis focused on the way in which discursive constructions of both violence and workplace identities are variably taken up, reworked and resisted through the intersection of gender and class. This resulted in the identification of two main discourses; ‘playing the hero’ and the ‘hard matriarch’. These findings allow us to theorize that multiple, gendered and classed occupational identities exist beyond normative expectations and can be seen to be both emancipatory for working women, while simultaneously bolstering exploitation, workplace harassment and violent practices.

为克服高校社科学报趋同与平凡的现象,对什么是开门办刊、如何开门办刊,进行了探讨。认为,通过开门办刊来创办特色栏目、吸纳优质外稿,给普通高校社科学报的发展带来了生机;认为,只有通过编辑策划,树立独树一帜、推陈出新的办刊理念,才能办好学报。     

Connecting the gendered door: women, violence and doorwork

This paper explores the emerging role of women who work as 'bouncers', or doorstaff, in the night-time economy and examines how the cultural capital of the female bouncer is connected to the methods utilized to control licensed premises. It is drawn from a study that combined ethnographic observations and interviews in five major UK cities which explored a diverse range of issues such as gendered bodies, femininities and violence; the changing needs of the night-time economy in the UK and the experiences of women engaged in 'non-traditional' occupations. In this paper, we draw on interview data with one particular category of female door staff; women who share similar histories of exposure to violence and violent cultures, and we examine how their experiential knowledge of violence equips them with the resources to 'work the doors'. Our attention focuses on this group of women, who we refer to as 'The Connected', and examine how they are 'doing gender' when they negotiate violence 'on the door'

唐长安城坊市与雩禜空间

借助坊市南北门开、阖来求、止雨,是唐长安城内部雩禜祭祀的重要外在表现形式。考古已证实皇城南所对36坊无南北坊门,故相对于他坊属于特殊的祭祀空间。由于朱雀街作为“御路”所发挥的内聚作用,此36坊的祭祀性质主要通过京兆尹组织朱雀街求雨徙市,以及止雨时太社、朱雀街、明德门一线上相应活动的展开作为主要体现,一定程度上更应视作皇城区祭祀空间的外延。长安城内此二类外部形态不同、祭祀性质相异的坊,共同组成雩禜祭祀之完整格局。     

由乱世之教育看九品中正制

九品中正制作为魏晋南北朝时期一种重要的选举制度,是由其特定的教育环境所决定的.曹魏之初,随着整体社会教育的衰微、门阀士族的形成,朝廷在与大族相妥协的情形下创立九品中正制;晋时,由于士族家学独盛,门第被无限夸大,九品中正制又独为士族所把持,将维护士族利益之功能发挥到了极点;南北朝时,君权回归、教育复兴、士族衰微,作为士族阶层把持选举工具的九品中正制便自然地退出历史舞台.纵观其演变历程,实是选举制度在乱世教育衰微情形之下的一种病态反映.     

物流配送中心直通配送运作时间优化研究

针对直通配送需要尽可能缩短配送中心内运作时间的问题,利用总运作时间与完成所有操作所需时间最长的货源操作时间等价的关系,构建了以最小化总运作时间为目标的配送中心内货源及目的地的出入站口指派问题模型。设计了对个体分2段进行编码、交叉和变异等操作的遗传算法,对模型进行求解,通过算例验证了模型及其算法能够对配送中心内的运作时间进行有效优化。
