“一带一路”倡议下大学国际化发展问题研究——基于云南省中外合作办学现状的考察

在"一带一路"倡议下，云南省近年来与南亚、东南亚国家之间的教育合作不断加强，取得了可喜的成绩。基于云南省与南亚、东南亚国家的中外合作办学数据，考察云南省中外合作办学现状，发现云南省中外合作办学还存在留学生生源面窄且学历层次低、中外合作办学规模小且办学层次不高、联合科学研究产出能力较弱等问题。因此，应从国家层面、当地政府层面、大学层面分别采取相应措施，大力促进大学国际化发展，完善大学国际化的体制机制与法律监管，搭建更多国际合作平台。当地政府应加强大学国际化的统筹规划、综合协调和宏观管理，省域大学应加大国际化保障条件的建设力度。     

Japanese Sociology in a Global Network. Internationalization,Disciplinary Development,and Minority Integration in the Road Ahead

The dual trajectories of Japanese sociology and Japan itself are poised at a watershed moment in their shared history. In recent years, Japanese sociology has enlarged its international presence in unprecedented fashion and the Tokyo Olympics have positioned the global spotlight on the entire nation of Japan, making it an opportune moment to reflect on the future of Japanese sociology in connection to Japanese society by way of internationalization. This article draws on the author's reflections on the latest 92nd Japan Sociological Society Annual Conference in the context of recent socio‐structural and intellectual transformations in counterpart sociological cultures in Anglo‐America. Drawing on three theorizations of disciplinary development by Abbott, Connell, and Burawoy, this article articulates two dimensions (socio‐structural and intellectual) with which to examine (i) what Japanese sociology can contribute to improve the internationalization decolonization, and pluralization of global sociology; and (ii) what global sociology can do to advance Japanese sociology's public contribution to improving and preserving LGBTQ minorities' societal well‐being.     

Exploring the roles of government involvement and institutional environments in the internationalization of Chinese Internet companies

The interactions between government, institutions, and Internet companies have gained attention in the research on the globalization of China’s Internet. However, few studies have been conducted at the company level, and the knowledge about the roles of government and institutions remains limited. Drawing on institutional theory, this empirical study explored the roles and mechanisms of government involvement and the institutional environment in the internationalization of Chinese Internet companies. The results indicated that government involvement could improve these companies’ degree of international breadth through both state ownership and governmental affiliation. However, the results showed that state ownership had a restraining function on their degree of international depth. In the context of institutional transition in China, these effects could vary according to whether Internet companies operate in good or poor institutional environments. By revealing these relationships, this study contributes to both the theoretical and the empirical understanding of governmental influence and institutional roots in the globalization of China’s Internet.     

零售业国际化经验及其启示

国际化已经越来越成为现代零售业的重要问题和必然发展趋势。针对该问题,通过分析与总结跨国零售业巨头们成功实施国际化的经验,提出中国零售企业在走出国门实施国际化过程中,其在目标市场、经营业态、进入方式、经营规模的选择以及实施战略等方面应采取的策略。     

基于网络结构-要素行为-创新绩效视角的国家创新体系国际化水平评价

将国家创新体系分解成科学研究网络、技术开发网络和技术扩散网络,从网络结构-要素行为-创新绩效的视角,选择具有代表性并且能够获取完整序列数据的指标构建国家创新体系国际化程度评价指标体系,利用主成分分析法确定指标权重,根据中国国家创新体系国际化的发展趋势以及参照美国国家创新体系国际化的相关指标值确定各指标的标准值。进而对中国进行了实证测算,2001~2010年间,中国国家创新体系国际化程度指数从14.7%提高到49%,其中高新技术产品进出口额比例、外资企业科技经费比例等指标的迅速增加是中国国家创新体系国际化程度快速提升的主要因素。由此,提出了提高中国国家创新体系国际化程度的策略在于高效的、紧密的、国际化的产学研协同创新。     

Institutional voids,international learning effort and internationalization of emerging market new ventures

Much of the existing scholarly works portray institutional voids (IVs) in emerging economies as impeding forces against the development of new ventures. However, little attention has been paid to how such voids generate positive outcomes in emerging market new ventures. Drawing on the institutional theory, we propose IVs as crucial enablers of new venture internationalization. In addition, we investigate both how and when IVs enhance the degree to which new ventures internationalize by examining international learning effort (ILE) as a mediator and two domestic market environmental factors (i.e., environmental dynamism and competitive intensity) as important contingencies. We test our moderated mediation model using primary data gathered from 211 new ventures from Ghana. We found that ILE mediates the relationship between IVs and new venture internationalization and that both environmental dynamism and competitive intensity moderate the indirect relationship between home-country IVs and new venture internationalization. We discuss the theoretical and practical implications of this study.     

Diaspora Ownership and Homeland Firms' Internationalization

Although the contribution of diaspora to international business is becoming more evident, little is known about the channels used by individual firms to benefit from diaspora. In this paper, we propose equity ownership as a form of connection between the homeland firms and diasporans (i.e. diaspora members). Specifically, we draw on the literature on diaspora combined with an owners-as-resources perspective to theorize about how diaspora owners can affect the homeland firm's internationalization. We suggest that the anticipated entry costs deriving from the liability of foreignness faced by homeland firms explain how the impact of diaspora owners varies depending on entry mode. Finally, we compare diaspora owners to other types of foreign owner which we argue have lower levels of motivation and ability to help homeland firms to internationalize, and contribute relatively less to their internationalization than diaspora owners. We test and confirm our predictions using data on 2608 domestically controlled Indian firms and their internationalization in 2006–2012.     

扩大跨境贸易人民币结算:意义、问题与对策

扩大跨境贸易人民币结算对推进人民币区域化国际化、提升我国外贸企业国际竞争力等方面具有重要意义。跨境贸易人民币结算试点一年多来虽然实现了跨越式发展,但仍然存在规模小、结构失衡等问题,其原因在于境外企业人民币计价结算意愿弱;境外人民币离岸市场发展滞后,以及中资银行的国际化程度不高等因素。为进一步扩大跨境贸易人民币结算,以助推人民币区域化国际化的实现,我们必须借助香港国际金融中心的平台,加快发展香港人民币离岸市场,积极推进境外银行业开展人民币资产业务,壮大境外银行业人民币资产规模,同时必须加快推进中资银行业"走出去"的步伐。     

埃及国土开发问题探析

与其它发展中国家一样,埃及致力于将农业社会向工业社会的推进,同时也不得不面对社会转型带来的麻烦,其中之一就是关于如何保护日益受到现代化蚕食的耕地,充分利用开发国土资源。由于特殊的地理自然条件和社会的快速发展,埃及的国土资源形势十分严峻,并且与埃及脆弱的生态环境相互作用,如何变沙漠为良田,充分利用开发国土资源,直接影响埃及国家的长治久安。     

美国商学教育的特点及启迪

教育国际化已经蔚为一股热潮。然而国内高校对国外的教学组织与管理过程知之甚少。采用观察法,系统地介绍了美国商学教学组织范式,包括大纲、教材、课堂组织模式、教学评估等方面的教学实践,并研究归纳出美国高等教育的国际化特征,研究提出包括教育管理理念与哲学、教学元素的国际化配置、课程配置与课堂组织的国际化改造等系统的商学教育体系重构建议,为商学教育国际化改革提供参考。
