基于信号博弈的卖方欺诈行为分析

本文主要基于信号博弈的卖方欺诈行为进行研究，假设拍卖中可能存在欺诈型和诚实型两种卖家，其中欺诈行为有概率发生在第二价格拍卖中：欺诈型卖方冒充竞拍者递交仅次于最高价的报价从而获得额外收益。两种卖家根据各自效用选择拍卖形式：第一价格或者第二价格。而竞买者将卖者的选择作为信号，更新对卖方类型的判断，然后制定报价策略。这是一个买卖方信号交叉影响的过程。考虑到拍卖过程中买方价值相关性，本文在建立模型中参考了关联价值原理。针对该模型进行分析，得出了不同情况下的买卖方策略，并且研究了买方报价、买方判断、卖方收益三者之间的关系。文中利用贝叶斯公式对双方的策略选择问题进行预测，与单纯的概率分布方法相比，更具实践价值。     

美国“三重奏”大学生帮扶项目的实施、效果与启示

自1965年起,美国联邦政府逐渐建立起“三重奏”大学生帮扶项目体系,可视为是对以家庭第一代大学生为代表的低社会经济地位青年文化资本和社会资本储备不足问题的回应。作为该项目体系的三个初始子项目,“攀登极限”“人才发掘”“学生支持服务”主要通过提供学业辅导,帮助准备入学考试,提供各类资助信息并协助学生完成申请程序,提供参与文化活动机会等方式发挥作用。研究表明,“三重奏”体系有效提升了参与学生的录取率、保留率和毕业率。为进一步推进中国高等教育公平,借鉴美国经验,我们应重视对家庭第一代大学生的非经济支持,前置其介入时间并保持连续性,并注意发挥高等学校的主导性作用。     

20世纪上半叶中美林学交流与互动研究

基于对一批英文资料的挖掘和整理,对20世纪上半叶中美两国在林学领域,从政府、社会到学者层面,从教育、科学研究到救灾防灾,从林学人才、技术、思想、林业行政组织到造林、防止土壤侵蚀与河流洪水控制等方面开展的交流与互动进行了详细的梳理。研究认为,中美两国在林学领域的交流是双向的,美国以中国毁林为教训的做法被中国学者作为警示国内政府和社会并呼吁重视林业、发展林学以救灾防灾的宣传工具,这是在近代中西方交流过程中林学不同于其他学科的方面。     

李白《峨眉山月歌》释证

李白《峨眉山月歌》誉满千秋,其解释则迄今聚讼纷纭,莫衷一是。本文依据《毛诗正义》等文献,第一次提出诗中“半轮”指上弦月,上弦月是农历每月初七、八中午月出,月相呈为半圆,入夜月在中天,午夜月落,诗言“峨眉山月半轮秋”,又言“夜（后半夜）发清溪”、“思君（月）不见”,是上半夜见半圆月而后半夜不见,正是上弦月,并依据宋黄鹤《补注仕诗》等文献,在前人研究基础上,进一步确定青溪驿在犍为县。全诗言舟行经平羌江到嘉州宿,已经入夜,一路上上弦月伴随人行,次日拂晓前从嘉州出发,到清溪宿,再次日拂晓前从清溪出发,出发时上弦月早已月落,虽不见月而念念不忘月。由李白此诗可见,飘逸、神韵、浪漫与写实,在诗歌中可以融为一体．     

《噶玛巴为明太祖荐福图》回回文初探

13世纪波斯语成为在中国生根的一种外语、一种少数民族(即回回人)的族内共同语言,也是中国对外交往,特别是与伊斯兰文化圈的国际交际语言。明朝建立之后,承续元朝传统,波斯语不仅继续成为明朝与外国交流的语言,而且在国内政治生活中仍然起着重要作用,于是兼通汉回两种语言的回回人受到重视。①波斯文就是在这样一种背景之下,成为书写《荐福图》的五种文字之一。     

Acculturation and adaptation of first‐ and second‐generation South Asians in Hong Kong

This study investigates the experiences of psychological and sociocultural adaptation among 404 first‐ and second‐generation South Asian immigrants in Hong Kong. Results indicate that for first‐generation immigrants, lack of host language fluency, fewer contacts and friendships with host members, the strategy of marginalisation, and perceived discrimination are all related to higher psychological distress, lower self‐esteem and less competence in sociocultural adaptation. For second‐generation individuals, although they reported higher knowledge of the host language and higher preferences the for assimilation strategy, the levels of psychological distress were higher compared with the first‐generation group. An interesting finding of this study is the preference for the marginalisation strategy as opposed to the assimilation and/or separation strategy. The findings of this study highlight the importance of considering the unique experiences of the second generation in order to further our understanding of immigration and acculturation processes.     

Applying the Housing First approach to single-site permanent supportive housing

This study explored how the U.S. Departments of Housing and Urban Development-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) program applies Housing First principles in the context of ten single-site programs. Focus group discussions with 64 HUD-VASH staff and community partners explored how the programs were influenced by Housing First principles and specific strategies to implement these principles in a single-site setting. Focus group respondents described resourceful ways that the principles of Housing First were implemented in their programs specifically related to (1) housing choice and structure, (2) separation of housing and services, (3) service philosophy, and (4) service array. Several of the Housing First domains cite the importance of integrated housing and the provision of services off-site; it was of particular interest to learn how single-site programs address these issues logistically. Lessons learned from this study include the importance of leveraging the independent yet overlapping tasks of case management and property management to ensure functional – if not geographic – separation of housing and services; maintaining staff on-site to address Veterans’ needs; working with community service organizations to complement the array of service available to residents; and housing single-site programs in mixed-use buildings.     

生命历程理论视角下劳动力迁移对初婚年龄的影响

本文利用2012年清华大学“城镇化与劳动力移民”项目的调查数据，通过事件史方法考察劳动力迁移对初婚年龄的影响。研究发现，劳动力迁移会对初婚年龄产生推迟效应，迁移事件发生的时机和过程都会左右这一影响的具体结果。研究显示，越早实现迁移，越有助于移民进入婚姻，频繁的流动则削弱了结婚的可能性，而父亲的迁移经历同样会对子女的初婚年龄产生影响。通过对不同世代群体的比较，本文进一步发现，迁移对初婚年龄的影响程度随世代推移呈现“倒U型”趋势，这一结果与不同世代下的迁移特点及其身处情境有关。研究结果表明，劳动力移民的生命历程基于迁移发生了转轨，他们放缓了自我再生产的周期，这对人口结构和社会结构的调整具有重大意义。

On the survival time of a repairable duplex system sustained by a cold standby unit subjected to a priority rule

We analyze the survival time of a general duplex system sustained by a cold standby unit subjected to a priority rule. The analysis is based on advanced complex function theory (sectionally holomorphic functions). As an example, we consider Weibull–Gnedenko and Erlang distributions for failure and repair.
