金融市场内在脆弱性原因分析

金融市场具有内生的脆弱性,其产生原因与信贷市场不同。作为特殊经营行业,与实体经济相比,金融产品具有明显的特殊性,特别是在网络金融时代。这也决定着金融市场内生脆弱性产生的原因,具体说来,包括以下几点:金融产品的供给和需求几乎是完全弹性的;金融产品的虚拟性;金融产品交易的跨期性以及金融市场结构的特殊性等。     

现代金融危机与银行体系脆弱性

20世纪90年代以来,新兴金融市场的一些经济体发生的金融动荡呈现了一种现代新型金融危机的典型特征,即货币和银行危机相伴发生。大量研究表明,尽管各国或地区的经济环境千差万别,但任何一个经历了现代金融危机的国家在危机爆发前都存在不完善的银行体系。这些国家都面临着银行业重构的问题。中国尚未发生显性的银行危机,但是银行业的脆弱性也同样存在,面对新的国际金融环境,中国强化银行业的竞争力比金融自由化本身更为必要。     

外汇储备与金融脆弱性关系研究--基于金砖五国的实证分析

外汇储备通过传导机制对国内金融部门产生影响,研究外汇储备变化对金融稳定的影响是国家金融安全的重要内容。本文选取中国、巴西、俄罗斯、印度和南非五个"金砖国家"作为新兴市场国家的典型代表,采用Johansen协整检验和Bayesian向量自回归建模方法,实证研究外汇储备变化与金融脆弱性的关系。研究表明,不管从长期还是短期来看,外汇储备变化量增加会提高金融脆弱性指数,帮助国家应对短期经济波动,因此,增加外汇储备有助于国内金融部门稳定,抵御经济危机。     

A statistical procedure for representing state fragility and transition paths

State fragility is a concept that entered the political discourse in the last decades producing remarkable implications for aid allocation and international policies. The operationalization of this concept has generated a number of composite indices to produce rankings of fragile states. However, the temporal dimension of the driving forces leading to fragility has been rather neglected. This article discusses a statistical procedure that helps to represent the global fragility of a country and the path that a country has followed or will follow in the future when possibly entering into (or escaping from) a fragility condition. Specifically, multiple factor analysis is applied to depict vulnerable and weak countries, and to identify the fundamental forces that determine their overall fragility. Moreover, the trajectories of countries along the years are estimated using partial factor scores. Finally, the path of each country is predicted by means of parsimonious regression models, based on a reduced set of explanatory variables, and according to scenarios elaborated from available international outlooks.     

框架刚性连接梁柱节点抗震性能研究

通常认为钢框架具有良好的抗震性能,但在最近的几次大地震中许多高层钢结构房屋的梁柱连接节点处发生严重的破坏。这说明传统的刚性连接框架在某些方面存在着不足之处。对刚性节点的形式以及抗震的能力进行探讨,并作出改进的措施,给以后的设计、施工提出意见和建议。     

基于文献计量分析法的中国生态脆弱性研究进展

以中国期刊全文数据库、中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库和中国博士学位论文全文数据库为文献检索来源,以生态脆弱性和GIS为检索词,对1980～2010年的文章进行了检索与分类统计,从数量、区域、内容、方法上对我国生态脆弱性研究进展进行分析。结果表明:期刊总论文259篇,其中核心期刊论文占44%;从1993年开始,相关期刊论文和硕博论文总体上呈逐渐上升趋势;2000年之后,我国生态脆弱性研究成为研究热点;从区域上分析,早期西南石灰岩山地生态脆弱区和华北平原生态脆弱区,北方半干旱-干旱生态脆弱区和西北半干旱生态脆弱区研究较多;后期南方丘陵生态脆弱区研究发展较快;从内容上分析,实证研究多于理论研究;从方法上分析,早期多以县域为数据单元,2000年之后开始出现栅格法地理信息系统技术,2005年起数量逐年增多。目前,从景观的角度探讨生态脆弱性的研究比较少,还没实现脆弱性的三维可视化表达。     

经济全球化的悖论：脆弱的全球经济——解读罗伯特·吉尔平的《全球资本主义的挑战》

冷战结束后，经济全球化成了国际经济事务、国际政治事务最突出的特征。一些学者对国家的作用产生怀疑，认为国家在退却，市场的作用在彰显。鉴于此，罗伯特·吉尔平详细分析了经济全球化的本质和进程，指出经济全球化具有内在的脆弱性，具体分析了导致脆弱性的原因，并且提出脆弱的全球经济的管理问题，即经济全球化和自由世界经济的顺利运行离不开政治保障，需要得到有效的领导和管理。否则，不能有序推进。     

Exploring the Potential for Multivariate Fragility Representations to Alter Flood Risk Estimates

In flood risk analysis, limitations in the multivariate statistical models adopted to model the hydraulic load have restricted the probability of a defense suffering structural failure to be expressed conditionally on a single hydraulic loading variable. This is an issue at the coastal level where multiple loadings act on defenses with the exact combination of loadings dictating their failure probabilities. Recently, a methodology containing a multivariate statistical model with the flexibility to robustly capture the dependence structure between the individual loadings was used to derive extreme nearshore loading conditions. Its adoption will permit the incorporation of more precise representations of a structure's vulnerability in future analyses. In this article, a fragility representation of a shingle beach, where the failure probability is expressed over a three‐dimensional loading parameter space—water level, wave height, and period—is derived at two localities. Within the approach, a Gaussian copula is used to capture any dependencies between the simplified geometric parameters of a beach's shape. Beach profiles are simulated from the copula and the failure probability, given the hydraulic load, determined by the reformulated Bradbury barrier inertia parameter model. At one site, substantial differences in the annual failure probability distribution are observed between the new and existing approaches. At the other, the beach only becomes vulnerable after a significant reduction of the crest height with its mean annual failure probability close to that presently predicted. It is concluded that further application of multivariate approaches is likely to yield more effective flood risk management.     

国际能源运输系统与国际能源安全——一种非传统安全视角的透视

国际能源运输系统是当前实现能源在世界范围内重新分配的途径,它主要由海洋运输、管道运输、铁路运输构成。国际能源运输系统线路长、环节多、整体性强、受攻击门槛低,它本身具有无法克服的脆弱性;而来自于途经国家政局、大国地缘政治上的博弈和非传统安全因素等方面的威胁加剧了这种脆弱性,并导致了国际能源安全无法得到保障。为了应对这一局面,国际社会应当从世界经济的全局出发联手建立国际能源运输系统的安全保障机制,消除非传统安全因素对它的威胁,以确保世界经济正常运转。     

黑龙江省农村贫困地区农民的脆弱性风险及对策

农村贫困地区农民在与市场风险较量过程中,自身的脆弱性难以抵御市场风险的冲击,极易引发脆弱性风险。市场风险所引发的脆弱性风险主要表现为:当市场上某种农产品价格上涨到高点时,农村贫困地区农民才开始增加这种农产品的生产,错过了涨价过程中的收益。但是当该产品价格下跌时,由于信息的闭塞性,贫困地区农民并不知情,仍然继续加大生产。
