研究复方地塞米松磷酸钠凝胶的最佳处方及柠檬桉叶油对地塞米松磷酸钠透皮扩散作用的影响.用正交试验法对复方地塞米松凝胶制的处方进行优化;用离体家兔皮肤作为试验材料,采用药物透皮仪对凝胶中地塞米松进行透皮扩散试验,紫外分光光度法测定地塞米松透皮扩散的累积渗透量,配对t检验法验证柠檬桉叶油对地塞米松磷酸钠是否有促透作用.复方地塞米松磷酸钠凝胶的最佳处方是:地塞米松磷酸钠占1.5%,卡波姆-940占2%,柠檬桉叶油占6%,丙三醇占4%,乙醇占6%,尼泊金乙脂和三乙醇胺适量.柠檬桉叶油提高凝胶中地塞米松磷酸钠的皮肤累积渗透量和稳态渗透流量均有显著性的意义(P〈0.05).柠檬桉叶油对地塞米松磷酸钠有透皮促进作用.  相似文献

本文用新鲜蜂王浆和保鲜剂处理非洲菊切花,探讨它们对非洲菊切花寿命和生理的影响,结果表明:与对照相比较新鲜蜂王浆和保鲜剂都能提高非洲菊切花水分含量和可溶性糖含量,并降低了非洲菊切花过氧化物酶的活性,而这一切都有利于非洲菊切花的保鲜。  相似文献

The aim of this study is to establish the scientific benefit of royal jelly (RJ) on prostatic-specific antigen (PSA), post-void residual (PVR) volume and International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) in benign prostatic hyperplasia. For the study, a group of 40 men were administered 38?mg of RJ over a period of three months, their PSA values, prostate volumes and the volumes of their transitory prostate zones, PVR and IPPS values were measured at the end of the first month, and at the end of the third month. The results of this study confirm the potential of RJ in reducing PSA scores and improving IPSS values. Since the use of RJ did not lead to any significant reduction in PVR, prostate volume, or to any involution of the transitory zone, it appears that it may only affect the blood marker of prostatic hyperplasia and to improve quality-of-life (QoL) in those patients. Overall, in comparison to phytotherapy and conventional therapy, RJ had similar positive effects on QoL in patients with BPH, however it exhibited markedly better effects on reducing PSA levels in blood. The therapeutical use of RJ exhibited no side effects.  相似文献

琼脂具有非常强的凝胶特性。文章以研究琼脂凝胶的流变学特性为切入点,测量凝胶机械模量的动态变化,表征琼脂凝胶形成的过程。利用质构仪测量琼脂凝胶,以凝胶硬度为指标,对琼脂浓度、离子强度、pH值进行单因素试验,优选各因素的较好范围,并通过正交试验得到制备琼脂凝胶的最适条件:琼脂浓度2.5%,离子强度0.8M,pH值为7。  相似文献

The Taguchi method is a statistical approach to overcome the limitation of the factorial and fractional factorial experiments by simplifying and standardizing the fractional factorial design. The objective of this study was to optimize the fabrication of gelatin nanoparticles by applying the Taguchi design method. Gelatin nanoparticles have been extensively studied in our previous works as an appropriate carrier for drug delivery, since they are biodegradable, non-toxic, are not usually contaminated with pyrogens and possess relatively low antigenicity. Taguchi method with L16 orthogonal array robust design was implemented to optimize experimental conditions of the purpose. Four key process parameters – temperature, gelatin concentration, agitation speed and the amount of acetone – were considered for the optimization of gelatin nanoparticles. As a result of Taguchi analysis in this study, temperature and amount of acetone were the most influencing parameters of the particle size. For characterizing the nanoparticle sample, atomic force microscope and scanning electron microscope were employed. In this study, a minimum size of gelatin nanoparticles was obtained at 50 °C temperature, 45 mg/ml gelatin concentration, 80 ml acetone and 700 rpm agitation speed. The nanoparticle size at the determined condition was less than 174 nm.  相似文献

室内采用长岩芯填砂装置模拟了交联聚合物注入、成胶封堵和运移过程。室内模拟结果表明,注入的调剖体系能够达到设计的封堵位置,在注入过程中体系受稀释、剪切和吸附等因素影响,其浓度和成胶前的初始黏度沿程呈下降趋势。在实验所用的浓度(0.2%HPAM)条件下,孔隙介质中的堵剂体系形成有效堵塞的时间显著延长,是静态条件下的6 倍;从不同部位堵剂取样成胶后黏度和岩芯封堵前后注水压力变化情况看,有效封堵距离r 小于设计封堵距离r′,0.67r′ < r < r′。在后续水驱作用下,一部分凝胶能够沿高渗层发生运移,产生深部调驱作用。  相似文献
