Get Full Text Research and the Search for Appropriate Copies

Abstract

A group of the largest academic publishers has launched a new service to simplify access to full-text research for users of discovery services and scholarly collaboration platforms. While this service aims to provide easy access to full-text articles using article-level entitlement information linked to institutions through Seamlessaccess.org, it also introduces ambiguity. The service allows for publishers to direct users to alternative versions when a full-text entitlement is not found for the user, though users may already be entitled to full text through providers that do not participate in the service. Depending on specific implementations, this could lead to further confusion and make it more difficult for users to find an appropriate copy.     

Robust Designs in Generalized Linear Models: A Quantile Dispersion Graphs Approach

This article studies design selection for generalized linear models (GLMs) using the quantile dispersion graphs (QDGs) approach in the presence of misspecification in the link and/or linear predictor. The uncertainty in the linear predictor is represented by a unknown function and estimated using kriging. For addressing misspecified link functions, a generalized family of link functions is used. Numerical examples are shown to illustrate the proposed methodology.     

幼儿园开展游戏分享环节的现状及启示——基于江苏省幼儿园的调查

笔者通过问卷法、访谈法和观察法的综合运用，对江苏省的318名幼儿园教师进行了问卷调研，并选取N市某公立园的3个班级和6位教师作为观察和访谈对象。研究结果表明，在时间安排上，分享环节并非每次游戏后都会开展，不同年龄班的分享时长存在一定差异；在分享内容上，话题主要围绕角色游戏、结构游戏和美工游戏开展，更多涉及幼儿的社会领域发展经验，经常分享游戏中遇到的困难及解决策略；在开展形式上，不同年龄班游戏话题的开启方式各异，分享方法丰富多样，分享地点呈现多样化，但目前仍以全班讨论形式为主。据此，笔者从教师、园所和社会三个层面，提出了优化游戏分享环节开展现状的具体建议。     

高校思想政治教育与网络直播的链接研究

直播是近年来新兴的网络平台,以其泛娱乐化、即时交互强等特点吸引了近半数的网络流量,已成为高校思想政治教育 无法回避的领域。直播削弱了灌输教育的壁垒,加速了思想政治教育的传导与反馈,提升了思想政治教育的吸引力和感染力, 思想政治教育也应当“因时而进、因势而新、因形而活”,主动探索链接直播平台,这既是形势所迫,亦是价值所驱。通过优选载 体平台,创新内容形式,树立品牌合力等链接路径推动思想政治教育与直播平台有机结合,从而直面困境与挑战,最大限度地 实现链接价值,达到共赢目标。     

多主体权责分配与大学科研评价的科学性

针对权责界限不确定的多主体共享事物权责分配的科学性问题进行研究,提出多主体共享权责分配方式的封闭性、序列性、均称性和关联性等概念,将同时具备一致封闭性、一致序列性、一致均称性和一致关联性作为完备型权责分配方式的条件,并以完备性作为权责界限不确定的多主体权责分配的科学性的标准.通过一系列数学论证,给出完备型权责分配方式的基本性质,得出由黄金分割法诱导出来的多主体共享事物权责的“黄金分配法”的完备性,既得到了一般多主体共享权责问题的完备型分配方式的存在性结论,也证明了武书连在《2010中国大学评价》中关于大学科研获奖成果评价计分方法的科学性.     

Variable selection for multivariate generalized linear models

Generalized linear models (GLMs) are widely studied to deal with complex response variables. For the analysis of categorical dependent variables with more than two response categories, multivariate GLMs are presented to build the relationship between this polytomous response and a set of regressors. Traditional variable selection approaches have been proposed for the multivariate GLM with a canonical link function when the number of parameters is fixed in the literature. However, in many model selection problems, the number of parameters may be large and grow with the sample size. In this paper, we present a new selection criterion to the model with a diverging number of parameters. Under suitable conditions, the criterion is shown to be model selection consistent. A simulation study and a real data analysis are conducted to support theoretical findings.

针对软件平台类课程的特点,阐述了实施＂链＂式教学模式的目标及改革的必要性,给出了该模式的组成要素及具体的实施方案。并以J2EE平台等三门同类课程为试点,采取＂即讲即练＂的教学方法,提高了学生的软件工程能力和实践动手能力,是一种以工程能力为核心的教学理念。
