小学男教师专业发展的影响因素及促进策略

作为整个小学教师队伍中的重要群体，小学男教师的专业发展对我国小学教育质量的提高具有重要作用。通过问卷调查法和访谈法，分析上海小学男教师专业发展的现状，梳理影响小学男教师专业发展的有利和不利因素，在此基础上，从小学男教师自身、中小学、师范院校、政府部门等四个维度，提出促进小学男教师专业发展的策略，以期为小学男教师专业发展提供帮助。     

Driving complementarity in interdisciplinary research: a reflection

ABSTRACT

The value of interdisciplinary research is increasingly recognised by the research community. Funding bodies are nowadays specifically encouraging that research they fund is interdisciplinary in nature. However, what is often branded as interdisciplinary research is in fact a network of researchers working to deliver a research output. In this research note, we share our experience of what we think can be labelled “truly interdisciplinary”. We share some best practice tips for those who are interested to go through a similar metamorphosis as we did as a team, learning from each other’s ways of working. Overall, it has been a very positive experience and a revelation that has had a big impact on each author’s view on how to conduct research as an integrated multidisciplinary team, as it has shifted our mental models and broadened our thinking, capacity to reflect, and critical analysis. We hope that our research note clearly shows the benefits of truly interdisciplinary research and motivates other researchers to follow our pathway of transformation.     

宋元山水画“平远”图式的美学意蕴

“平远”观念由北宋郭熙提出并得到当时文人的接受和倡扬,进而宋元山水画的图式结构由宋前期的“高远”“深远”而转向了“平远”。“平远”图式呈现为视觉、虚实和时空图式,从而使其观照方式生成为静观、游观和妙悟的特质;这种图式特征建构了平远山水的“意外之趣”和“平淡之境”,彰显出超越逍遥、平宁淡泊之生命境界,同时,此图式结构亦衍生为一种“文化记忆”,支撑并活络在文化生命里。     

The effects of leadership change on team escalation of commitment

Although teams benefit from developing plans and processes that boost efficiency and reduce uncertainty, they may become too attached to these plans and escalate commitment when an alternative response is needed. Drawing on theories of team leadership, team processes and escalation of commitment, we propose that a change in leadership can help the team reduce commitment to outdated plans and avoid further escalation over time. Across two studies, we tested and found support for our hypotheses and provide evidence that leadership change can break the cycle of escalation by enhancing leader-driven team reflection and refocusing the team on error correction instead of additional investment. We discuss how the results of these studies extend existing theory and add to our understanding of the important role leaders play in enhancing team adaptation and preventing team escalation.     

教学学术视角下高校公共课教师教学反思研究

高校公共课是高等教育人才培养体系中的重要一环，而教师是决定公共课教育教学质量的关键。本研究以教师教学反思为研究对象，以教学学术为研究视角，对公共课教师在教学和科研两方面的反思情况进行分析。研究发现，当前高校公共课教师教学反思主要存在学术研究意识薄弱、学术方法欠缺、学术情感淡薄、反思成果封闭化等问题。研究以教学学术理论为分析依据，对以上问题展开讨论。尝试提出改善公共课教师教学反思的策略：唤醒基于学术研究的教学反思意识；开展基于校本研究的教学反思行动；开展以学术团体为载体的教学反思研究；搭建教学反思研究成果公开评议、交流平台。以上策略可以化解"教学"与"科研"的矛盾冲突，使"教学"与"科研"有机结合，让教学不再是一种机械式的重复劳动而是有价值的创造性活动。     

论思维方式变革的动力

思维方式在本性上是一种概念系统,概念是思维的要素,思维方式的变革在一定意义上也是概念的发展。由于概念自身的凝固性、隔离性的特点,决定了反思是思维方式变革的动力,而反思最根本的特点就是把思维作为对象,是对思维的思维。反思通过怀疑,批判、否定,更新、建构等环节促使思维方式的发展。     

区块链赋能灾疫治理的价值逻辑、实践路径及其伦理反思

近年来,作为新型网络底层架构技术的区块链已经开始应用于社会治理领域,为国家治理能力现代化提供了新的着力点。人类面对灾疫的实践活动既是社会非常状态下的治理活动,又是道德意志驱动的伦理实践。区块链技术因其具有多维价值特征与灾疫治理的伦理目标高度契合,有望为现有灾疫治理体系进行赋能。同时,作为一项新兴的技术手段和灾疫治理架构,区块链赋能灾疫治理的伦理风险在于其可能超越了治理活动的边界。因此,需要警惕区块链技术对灾疫治理可能存在的价值偏离。     

Speed Mentoring in Teaching and Learning: Young people with experience of the care system mentor social work students

The value of listening and talking to young people with experience of the care system has been recognised as a vital and positive contribution to social work students' learning. A model of co-production was used to develop a series of speed mentoring events whereby social work students placed in local authority children and family settings were mentored by young people with experience of the care system. This tentative review of this small-scale project shares the authors' critical reflections on the value and reliability of this model, for evaluating the outcomes of co-productive mentoring relationships between young people and social work students. The reversal of the power dynamic between student and service user contributed to the unsettling of assumptions about each other and empathy for each other's role. The student authors reflect on learning about the child's experience that has influenced their practice. The mentor authors welcomed the opportunity to participate in the development of ‘young people friendly’ social workers. Suggestions are made as to how this model could be developed to contribute to a more systematic approach to the role of service users in mentoring, advising and contributing to the supervision process of students and social workers.
