人才振兴背景下大学生志愿服务乡村缘由和影响因素分析

志愿服务乡村是社会参与人才振兴战略的重要方式,大学生在其中承担着重要角色。“乡愁文化”和“社会理性”是大学生志愿服务乡村缘由所在;性别、年级、学校类型、了解程度和志愿组织对大学生志愿服务乡村有显著影响。大学生志愿服务的着力点在于智力支持且具有文教活动倾向性,但也存在意愿与行动脱节、认知流于表面、能动性不强、缺乏思想引领以及对小微志愿组织的支持缺位等问题。乡愁文化嵌入大学文化、引入激励机制、打造志愿组织“大家庭”、牢守宣传育人“主阵地”、强化智力支持优势、补齐理论技能短板、关爱“小微组织”成长、构建“三位一体”支撑体系等可有效优化大学生志愿服务乡村。     

参加医疗保险对农村居民健康的影响——基于CHARLS 2015数据的实证分析

基于CHARLS 2015数据,采用倾向得分匹配法实证分析参加医疗保险对农村居民健康的影响。研究发现:参加医疗保险对农村居民的日常活动能力和自评健康影响不显著,参加医疗保险对农村居民认知能力具有显著的正向影响。据此提出,应进一步提升社会医疗保险保障水平、扩大社会医疗保险保障范围、促进商业医疗保险有序发展、推进"三医"高效协同联动等,以充分发挥医疗保险的健康保障功能,从而进一步提升参加医疗保险对农村居民健康的正向影响。     

The importance of cross‐disciplinary scientific engagement in the development of quantitative procedures for aggregate safety assessments

Recent guidance on safety monitoring during drug development, issued by regulatory authorities in the United States and European Union, indicate a shift in focus towards aggregate safety monitoring and scientific evaluation of integrated safety data. The call for program‐level reviews of accumulating safety data, including from ongoing studies, provides an opportunity to leverage the scientific expertise and medical judgment of safety management teams with (a) a multidisciplinary approach, (b) quantitative frameworks to measure level of evidence, and (c) assessments that are product‐specific and driven by medical judgment. A multidisciplinary team, regularly reviewing aggregate safety data throughout the development program, is vital not only for early signal detection but also for generating a better understanding of the accumulating data and context needed for decreasing false alarms.     

新时期大学生思想政治教育的现状与对策

大学生的思想政治教育在时代背景、社会环境和大学生自身素质等方面都呈现出了与以往不同的特点。大学生思想政治教育亟需深刻的改革和创新。通过分析当前大学生思想政治教育的现状以及存在的问题，提出相应的对策进行研究。     

高校辅导员调解能力提升路径研究

在高校学生管理中，辅导员是预防学生矛盾激化的“第一道防线”，这要求辅导员需要具备较强的调解能力。将从高校学生矛盾冲突的现状出发，挖掘辅导员在调节能力上的不足，剖析人民调解与高校学生管理的内在联系，提出高校辅导员调解能力提升的路径。     

Educational inequality across three generations in Australia

The transfer of advantage and disadvantage across multiple generations is receiving increasing attention in the international literature; however, transfers of resources across multiple generations in Australian families are less well understood. Using a longitudinal dataset of Australian children, we have the opportunity to not only investigate the transfer of educational resources across three generations in Australia, but also investigate the gendered nature of these transfers, which has been a limitation of other studies. We find no evidence of individual grandparent education effects on numeracy and reading scores for grandchildren in Year 3, independent of parent educational attainment and other covariates. However, significant effects on numeracy and reading scores were observed for children in families where both the grandmother and grandfather in maternal and paternal grandparent sets had high educational attainment (a diploma or university qualification), and where either or both the mother and father had a university qualification. These results suggest that the contribution of grandparents to the academic achievement of grandchildren cannot be fully explained by the parent generation and that the concentration of human capital in families contributes to educational inequalities across multiple generations that can be observed by eight years of age.     

Social centrality and aggressive behavior in the elementary school: Gender segregation,social structure,and psychological factors

In this paper, we build on key findings in the sociological literature regarding different patterns of association between social centrality and overt aggressive behavior in the context of same‐and‐cross gender social interactions. We explore these associations in a population of urban elementary school students ( = 8.62, SD = 0.69, N = 848), while addressing claims that the role of psychological factors is overstated in this literature. Our results indicate that, on average, social centrality is positively associated with aggressive behavior for boys, but negatively for girls. We also find a moderating effect indicating that the proportion of male peers with whom participants are reported to hang around, as well as their own gender play a role in the association between social centrality and aggression. These findings are discussed in the context of an ecological perspective on human development in which interactions among individuals, their social groups, and key environments are viewed as central to shaping developmental pathways.     

大学生利益诉求与表达机制构建研究

新时期高校学生的利益诉求与表达机制逐步呈现多元化趋势，这就要求高校学生思想工作走向更进一步的精细化管理，将高校学生利益诉求与表达机制列入精细化管理内容。但是，近年来高校学生的利益诉求与表达机制构建缺失，导致校园群体纠纷事件屡见不鲜，严重影响和谐校园环境的构建。通过调查高校学生常见的利益诉求方式及其存在障碍，分析学校学生利益诉求类型及其现状，建立学生利益诉求机制的对策，做到以生为本、服务学生。     

新时代大学生担当精神及其培育体系的构建

新时代培育民族复兴大任的时代新人，必须提升大学生的担当精神，以建设一支有担当、敢担当的时代新人队伍，这是应对时代诉求与历史使命的必由之路。然而，大学生的担当精神培育既面对着认知新的历史方位、奋力托举中国梦与应对新“忧患”的时代诉求；又要面对围观的看客心态、非科学的失衡心理、认知偏颇的冲击。因此，把担当精神摆在育人的重要位置，从升级育人内容、优化育人环境等几个关键教育环节着手，营造崇德向善、力争担当的社会风尚，将担当精神培育生活化、长效化，进而不断增强大学生的担当意识与担当力。     

Exploration on Theory and Practice of Self-development Education for College Students

Human self-development is a kind of development form which fully reflects the initiative of human and has the characteristics of self-consciousness, individuality and sustainability. Based on the theory of human self-development, self-development education for college students should focus on stimulating students' self-development consciousness, cultivating students' self-development abilities such as self-awareness, self-design, self-learning and self-management, and gradually embarking on the road of self-development.
