工匠精神是一种包含了爱岗敬业、精益求精、执着专注、追求卓越等一系列良好品格的精神集合体,蕴涵了包括职业文化、职业信念和职业道德等方面的要求,工匠精神与职业信念高度契合。工匠精神融入大学生职业信念培育,有助于加快建设制造强国、丰富高校思想政治教育的内容、培养时代新人以及弘扬并践行社会主义核心价值观。应坚持社会主义核心价值观导向、精神渗透、三结合、外化于行等原则。具体途径有坚持主渠道,渗透工匠精神,增强职业认同;引导职业规划,定位工匠精神,培养职业情感;加强文化熏陶,感悟工匠精神,提升职业自信;开展专业实践活动,体验工匠精神,强化职业意志。  相似文献

Respect for the elderly and hence the associated rights support a generational contract. Nevertheless, the case of the recent debate on the universal retirement scheme in Hong Kong has raised concerns about its strength. We identify relevant items from the sixth wave of the World Values Survey to explore the orientations of different generations toward others. The analysis shows differences between younger and older generations. Regression analyses show that values are not significant in explaining the differences, but various positions, including sex, marital status, and education, and perceptions of the elderly are relevant. Such differences across generations might weaken the generational contract and potentially engender conflicts as shown in the recent debate about the retirement scheme. We suggest short‐ and long‐term interest calculations, informed by their positions, play a more significant role in policy discussions and decisions, rather than simply appealing to values.  相似文献

友善是我国社会主义核心价值观体系中最具创新性的概念。友善信仰作为基于内在善意的对他人宽容友好的情感态度以及基于爱心的助人为乐的实践行动相统一的内在德性,知与行相统一并由知而行、实然与应然相统一并由现实而达理想、自觉与自愿相统一并由自觉而达自愿是友善信仰的重要特征。友善既有其现实之物质基础,它是人民根本利益的一致性和由此而带来的人际关系和谐诉求的客观反映,特别是它顺应了新时代人民追求美好生活和人性自我完善的客观必然性;同时,友善还有其我国传统德性主义之文化基因,它在传统文化中有其“仁者,人也”这一以德立人极的本体论根据,有其“君子坦荡荡,小人长戚戚”的价值论依据以及对“和为贵”的处世智慧的传承。友善的现实根据和文化基因的有机融合是其能够被提升为核心价值观并最终为最大多数人所信仰的历史必然。  相似文献

We execute an original survey experiment to examine the extent and determinants of support for a nascent policy issue, universal basic income (UBI), in the American public. We explore the effects of how UBI is framed (either in the context of values or the context of policy), finding three key results. First, UBI is primarily a Democratic and liberal policy. Second, negative arguments against UBI move support for UBI more than positive arguments. Third, and surprisingly, respondents are equally affected by both policy-driven and value-driven arguments about UBI. In conclusion, an increase in messaging about UBI is likely to widen existing partisan differences in UBI support. These differences are unlikely to be won over by policy or values arguments.  相似文献

研究表明,德行领导作为家长式领导的核心维度,对员工行为有重要影响,但现有研究忽视了员工工作状态的重要作用。本文基于自我决定理论,以员工工作繁荣为中介,探讨德行领导对员工创新行为的影响,并从社会认同的情感视角出发,考察了情感承诺在上述关系间的调节作用。研究表明,德行领导对员工工作繁荣与创新行为均存在显著正向影响;员工工作繁荣对其创新行为存在显著正向影响;员工工作繁荣在德行领导与创新行为之间起部分中介作用;情感承诺调节了德行领导对员工创新行为的影响,情感承诺越高,德行领导对员工创新行为的影响越显著。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

‘Youth’ as a social category is used and abused in all manner of ways across an array of fields, platforms, discourses and spaces, Youth Studies notwithstanding. When we talk about ‘young people’ sometimes we seem to be referring to different phenomena, depending upon our political interests, theoretical perspectives and research methods. This article interrogates how the concept of ‘youth’ is figuratively put to work. By suggesting different figures of youth, and inviting suggestions for more, I propose that tracing how they are situated in different ontological spaces can develop a clearer conception of our research object(s) and help reduce confusion and the possibility that we are talking past each other. The incomplete picture I want to paint of figures of youth, in quite broad-brush strokes, all inter-relate in something of a feedback loop, a material-semiotic assemblage that forms powerful affects for the ways that ‘youth’ is brought into being, how youth are researched, governed, co-opted and exploited.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This paper seeks to advance the study of organizational values by analyzing the role of values in a Danish political party called The Alternative, a party claiming to be guided by values rather than ideology. Inspired by recent work in organizational psychology, I group The Alternative’s values into two categories: vision values and humanity values. Through an empirical investigation, I show how the vision values encourage members to take initiative in realizing their own political ideas, while the humanity values encourage them to remain morally inclusive towards people with different views. The combination of vision and humanity values allows The Alternative to maintain commitment from members who might otherwise feel marginalized by the emergence of dominant ideas within the party. The paper’s contribution consists in highlighting the importance of using qualitative methods to study how values influence commitment and to expose the political dimension of this relationship.  相似文献

Abstract

Research has shown that the congruence of parenting styles with cultural values, rather than parenting styles alone, impacts child adjustment. This study examined if parents’ cultural values moderate the relationships between parenting styles and child outcomes across both an individualist culture (Australia) and a collectivist culture (Indonesia). Three hundred and eighty-seven parents of 2–10-year-old children from both countries reported their parenting styles, the importance of the collectivistic values (security, conformity, and tradition), and their child's emotion regulation and behavioral problems. In both countries, authoritative parenting was associated with higher child emotion regulation and lower levels of behavioral problems, and authoritarian parenting was associated with lower child emotion regulation and higher levels of behavioral problems. Although cultural values did not moderate the relationship between authoritarian parenting and child adjustment, in both countries greater importance placed on tradition attenuated the positive effect of authoritative parenting on child outcomes.  相似文献
