第一次石油危机后国际能源政治的情境变迁

国际政治的参与情境决定行动者的博弈行为类型，参与情境变迁将导致行动者行为发生变化。能源安全是国家对外政策的核心议题之一。1973年爆发的第一次石油危机，凸显了能源安全问题的重要性，改变了二战后国际能源政治的参与情境，构建了行动者新的博弈类型，调整了国际能源政治行动者的博弈策略。为了有效应对国际能源政治的情境变迁，美国通过协调与其他国家的能源关系，设置能源安全国际议程，最终确定了新的国际能源秩序。当前，我国在积极参与国际能源合作的过程中，第一次石油危机后国际能源政治的情境变迁以及国际社会的应对策略具有十分重要的启示意义。     

基于质量意识的复杂产品质量控制激励策略

激励在复杂产品供应链中对主供协同合作关系及质量控制发挥了重要作用。本文研究基于主制造商在复杂产品生产研发前按照客户要求形成的质量意识的激励策略是否可以实现复杂产品质量控制问题。考虑具有质量意识的主制造商和其系统供应商组成的两级供应链，建立以主制造商为领导者的Stackelberg博弈模型，分别讨论无激励和存在激励时的主供生产最优决策。基于激励方式的不同，将激励策略分为根据供应商产品质量水平激励以及根据主制造商质量意识水平激励两种方式。研究结果表明激励是供应商加强协同合作、改进产品质量的内在动力，主制造商根据质量意识激励供应商可以进一步促使双方协同合作，提高产品质量，使双方获得更高的利润从而实现供应链整体利润最大化。此外用灵敏度分析发现提高主制造商质量意识水平可以增加双方协同合作努力程度，有效提升产品质量水平并实现帕累托改进。     

组织间信任:收益机制、情境限制及调节策略

在以往研究中，人们通常接受这样的假定：组织间信任必然会给组织与外部的交易带来正向收益。然而，组织间信任对交易收益也可能会产生组织不希望出现的负面影响。为此，我们重新审视了这一假说并发展了更为全面的理论框架来解释这一内部机制。首先，文章探讨组织间信任的内涵要素，进而分析组织间信任中计算性成分与非计算性成分的不同组合对交易收益的作用机制，从逻辑上推演出组织间信任与交易收益之间存在一种倒U型的关系；其次，提出两个重要的情境因素即信任的非对称性和环境的不确定性，讨论它们分别对上述倒U型关系的负向调节作用；再者，提出一组能够应对不同情境限制而同时仍然可增进或保持有益交易结果的调节策略；最后，讨论本研究的启示和未来研究可能的方向。     

小学男教师专业发展的影响因素及促进策略

作为整个小学教师队伍中的重要群体，小学男教师的专业发展对我国小学教育质量的提高具有重要作用。通过问卷调查法和访谈法，分析上海小学男教师专业发展的现状，梳理影响小学男教师专业发展的有利和不利因素，在此基础上，从小学男教师自身、中小学、师范院校、政府部门等四个维度，提出促进小学男教师专业发展的策略，以期为小学男教师专业发展提供帮助。     

Comfort Women: Enhancing Students’ Global Awareness through Human Right Education

Abstract

Teaching about the comfort women of World War II offers a compelling case study for the social studies classroom and human rights education. The topic will educate students to become knowledgeable about the larger world and its dark histories that have been omitted or scarcely mentioned in U.S. history textbooks. This article provides high school social studies teachers with the historical background of comfort women, rationales for including this topic in social studies curriculum, and teaching strategies and resources that teachers can use in their classrooms.     

Using the Therapist's Inner Conversation in Teamwork with Novice Therapists

Peter Rober's work (2005a) on the therapist’s inner conversation (TIC) has been a significant contribution to understanding the therapist's 'here and now' experience that focuses on the emergence of different voices responding to what is said in the therapy session. Frediani and Rober (2016) conducted an investigation into the experience and TIC of novice therapists concerning emotions aroused and how they deal with them during family therapy. Their research prompted us to ask how this methodology could work with recent graduates and those in the last year of their undergraduate training. This was addressed in the adolescent psychotherapy team that is part of the Equipo de Trabajo y Asesoría Sistémica (Systemic Counselling and Teamwork) (eQtasis) of the Psychology Department of the University of Chile. An important characteristic has been developing an ethics for clinical practice and generating a collaborative reflexive approach as a central aspect of the clinical training. The paper aims to promote the legitimacy of the experience of novice therapists who despite limited professional experience have many stories that connect with what is said in therapy.     

基于协调发展度的重大工程团队免疫系统健康评价研究

为评价重大工程团队免疫系统的健康和协调发展状况，本文提出了一种基于协调发展度的评价模型。首先通过文献查询和深度访谈，构建能够体现重大工程团队免疫系统特征的健康评价指标体系；其次利用改进的DEMATEL确定指标权重，然后采用多层次模糊综合评价将相关指标定量化，最终得出重大工程团队免疫系统的健康指数和协调发展度；再次确立重大工程团队免疫系统健康等级和协调发展度划分标准，同时提出免疫系统健康的跟踪评价策略；最后，利用本文模型对某跨国输气管道工程团队的免疫系统进行实证研究。结果表明，协调发展度模型既能反映重大工程团队免疫系统的整体健康程度，又能衡量固有性免疫和适应性免疫的协调发展状况，同时对免疫系统健康的跟踪评价也取得了良好效果。     

工会推进产业工人队伍建设的探索研究

产业工人是工人阶级的主体,在国民经济发展建设中发挥支撑作用。工会作为代表广大工人阶级利益的群众组织,在推进产业工人队伍建设改革中肩负着不可推卸的责任和重担。在目前新形势和时代变革下,我国产业工人队伍建设的现状还不能很好地适应经济转型中出现的新情况和新问题。对工会推进产业工人队伍建设的情况进行研究,在借鉴制造业强国经验的基础上,从思想政治引领、搭建发展平台、打造能力提升工程、利用“互联网+”和完善保障体系五个方面进行探索建设,从而为工会组织持续打造高素质产业工人队伍工作提供政策借鉴。     

The boomerang effect of psychological interventions

Research has found that teaching people about psychological biases can help counteract biased behavior. On the other hand, due to the innate need for preservation of a positive self-image, it is likely that teaching people about biases they hold, may cause a boomerang effect in cases where being associated with a specific bias implies negative social connotations. In the three studies below we examine situations in which psychological bias implies negatively associated behavior, and show that teaching people about bias in those contexts can be counterproductive.     

Queering Counselor Education: Situational Analysis of LGBTQ+ Competent Faculty

Research demonstrates counselor educators often lack skills and knowledge to train counselors to become lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and other sexualities and gender identities (LGBTQ+) competent. This study explores the process of educators integrating LGBTQ+ competencies into their professional work. Using grounded theory and situational analysis methodologies, in-depth interviews with seven LGBTQ+ competent counselor educators were conducted and analyzed. Findings suggest educators infuse personal passion for LGBTQ+ topics into their professional work, experienced discrimination and resistance across multiple domains, infuse advocacy into their work, and have a similar definition of LGBTQ+ competent counseling. Various techniques are presented to help educators infuse LGBTQ+ competency in the classroom.
