插入排序法研究(1)

讨论了两种二路插入排序的方法，给出了算法思想，分析了这些方法的时间复杂度，其平均时间复杂度比直接插入排序法降低了1/2-1/2，说明这些排序方法比直接插入排序法具有较高的排序效率。     

PIN管微波毫微秒脉冲调制器

介绍了采用PIN管制作的微波毫微秒脉冲调制器,具有体积小,重量轻,控制功率小,隔离度高,反应速度快,调制线性好以及稳定可靠等优点,可用几个毫微秒的脉冲进行调制,这是以往的调制器无法实现的,它对提高雷达的距离分辨力和抗干扰能力有着极为重要的意义,可广泛用于雷达和电子对抗等系统中.     

考虑柔性和间隙的螺旋引纬机构仿真分析

为了提高引纬机构的稳定性和精度,将柔性构件和间隙的影响考虑在内,联合ANSYS和ADAMS建立螺旋引纬机构的刚柔耦合模型,通过ADAMS进行动力学仿真,在刚性系统和刚柔耦合系统中分别分析了旋转铰间隙对剑杆输出特性曲线的影响。在对仿真数据的观察中发现了相当比例的噪声信号,为了消除噪声信号的影响,利用统计学中上下四分位数和中位数来识别替换异常值;在综合考虑间隙和柔性构件的影响时,利用减噪后的加速度曲线与理想刚体系统下的数据的偏差值得到一个新的曲线,该曲线在固定区间内做高频波动,呈现出类似周期性声波信号的特点。结果表明旋转铰间隙是影响剑杆稳定性和精度的主要因素,柔性构件和间隙的综合作用产生了趋向于周期性的碰撞影响。依据研 究结果可以进一步对原刚体模型下设计的引纬机构进行优化设计。     

A new role for Low German? Language insertion as bilingual practice in the process of language shift

This article analyzes language insertion as a bilingual communicative practice, applying a functional, speaker‐focused approach to the study of sociolinguistics and language contact. The article is based on a study of contact phenomena in a formerly diglossic region in Northern Germany, where the previously spoken language – Low German – is in the process of being replaced by the dominant standard variety, German. It examines regional publications in order to establish the linguistic techniques by which Low German elements are incorporated into the Standard German texts and the communicative purposes that they serve. The paper concludes that in the process of language shift an emblematic repertoire from Low German is created which can be applied into the dominant contact language, German, for specific communicative purposes. Ausgehend von einer funktionalen, sprecherzentrierten soziolinguistischen Herangehensweise werden im folgenden Artikel bilinguale Einfügungen als Form mehrsprachiger kommunikativer Praxis untersucht. Die Studie analysiert Kontaktphänomene in einer vormals diglossischen Region Norddeutschlands, in der die gesprochene Sprache Niederdeutsch zunehmend von der dominanten Kontaktsprache Deutsch ersetzt wird. Im Artikel werden regionale Publikationen untersucht, um die sprachlichen Techniken heraus zu arbeiten, mit denen niederdeutsche Elemente in den Text integriert werden und welche kommunikativen Funktionen mit ihnen verbunden sind. Der Artikel kommt zu dem Ergebnis, dass während eines Prozesses von fortschreitendem Sprachverlust ein emblematisches niederdeutsches Repertoire geschaffen wird, das für spezifische Funktionen in die dominante Kontaktsprache Deutsch eingefügt werden kann. Determinants of Vaginal Cleansing,Application, and Insertion in Tete Province,Mozambique, and Products Used

Objective: In this article, we review insertion, application, and cleansing as they include the use of products other than water and have a number of harmful effects. Method: In 2007, a household survey of 919 women carried out in Tete Province, Mozambique, examined 8 vaginal practices. Results: Overall, 10% of the sexually active women reported regularly using these 3 vaginal practices concurrently. Of the women who practiced insertion, 65% used natural substances. A wider variety of products was used for applying substances on the external genitalia and for cleansing purposes. Conclusions: These findings have important implications for future HIV prevention, including in the use of microbicides.     

基于MATLAB空间四连杆引纬机构运动仿真

为了分析探讨剑杆织机空间四连杆引纬机构参数变化对其运动学特性的影响,通过代数解析的方法建立了该机构各部分数学模型,编制了MATLAB程序对其进行运动仿真,得出了运动特性曲线,同时定量分析了转速和曲柄长度变化对引纬机构运动规律的影响。分析结果表明,所得的运动特性曲线符合所需引纬要求,可以通过调节转速和曲柄长度优化运动规律曲线。

Learning basic employability competence: a challenge for the active labour insertion of adolescents in residential care in their transition to adulthood

The teaching of basic employability competence from a very early age is of preventive value in the transition of young people in residential care to adulthood. The present research relates employability competence (finding and holding down a job and gaining promotion in the labour market) with positive career outcomes and employment opportunities. In this study, conceptual methods for understanding employability are analysed and some existing international studies of employability skills are reviewed, although all of these are deemed partial approaches to the needs of children and young people in residential care. Our proposal, the IARS (Infancia y Adolescencia en Riesgo Social [Children and Young People at Social Risk]) Employability Competence Framework, developed by means of a collaborative and integrated approach with experts, provides a complete picture of how employability competences are important for preparing young people in residential care not only for active labour insertion but also in terms of their comprehensive development. A selection of a cluster of eight employability competences (self-organisation, decision-making and problem-solving, teamwork, communication, perseverance, professional project development, flexibility and responsibility) and their components are presented, as well as its educational implications within children's homes.     

The guaranteed minimum income in Portugal: A universal safety net under political and financial pressure

The Guaranteed Minimum Income (GMI) was created in Portugal by a centre-left Socialist Party government in 1996, as the most important constitutive part of a ‘new generation of active social policies,’ which completed the existence in Portugal of a universal system of guaranteed income. Its transformation into a Social Integration Income (SII) in 2003 and its retrenchment in the period of the Great Recession and troika austerity (2011–2015) has reduced the scope of this policy measure as a universal safety net policy. This article examines the context and the major drivers for the creation and for the policy changes that occurred in the GMI/SII. Looking at the political debates and the changes in this policy measure along this period, we argue that the major reforms introduced since its creation reflect ideological cleavages within the political arena. Considering the very low share in total government current expenditure of GMI/SII, this can explain the social policy selective retreat associated to the changes introduced in this policy measure by the centre-right coalition in government, in the latest period of cost containment of social policy in Portugal, leading to a great decrease in the number of beneficiaries and to an increase of its inadequacy.
