我国当前诚信失常的原因及治理对策

我国近年来出现的诚信失常现象,主要是在体制转轨过程中诸多因素的不断积累与沉淀造成的.对诚信失常的处理对策包括:发挥政府在诚信失常治理中的主导作用,建立全国性的信用管理体系,制订专门的信用管理法律和法规,积极发展各种行业组织,加强行业自律,引导企业加强内部信用管理,建立诚信企业,在全国进行诚信道德教育等.     

浅谈当代大学生的道德问题

当代大学生中有相当一部分人的确存在道德问题,但我们并不能因此否定整个大学生群体的思想道德状况;与身处社会转型期的其他人一样,当代大学生的确存在着一些道德上的问题,但他们渴望得到社会各界的关爱和帮助,使之成为"爱国守法、明礼诚信、团结友善、敬业奉献"的新一代大学生。     

When political candidates “go positive”: the effects of flattering the rival in political communication

In the field of political communication, the effects of negative propaganda strategies have been long studied. In the current work, I investigated the perceived and actual persuasiveness of an unexplored positive propaganda strategy, i.e., addressing a flattery to the rival in a political speech. In a 2 × 2 full-factorial design experiment, a fictitious candidate (a man or a woman) flattered, or did not flatter, an opponent in a political speech. Results showed that when the candidate flattered a rival s/he influenced the likelihood of being voted through source trustworthiness evaluation, irrespective of the candidate’s gender. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.     

‘We’re Civil Servants’: The Status of Trauma-Informed Care in the Community

ABSTRACT

Trauma-informed care (TIC) in social service organizations means that the organizations operate with the understanding that everyone involved has possibly experienced trauma in their lifetime. This qualitative study examined local service organizations’ usage of the 5 main principles of TIC: safety, trustworthiness, collaboration, empowerment, and choice (as developed by Fallot & Harris, 2006). Ten focus groups (n = 69) and 6 individual interviews (n = 6) with employees from administration through management were interviewed such that almost all facets of each agency were represented. The participants were asked about their agencies’ policies and practices for utilizing the 5 principles of TIC. The results suggest that the vast majority of organizations in this study implemented many of the principles of TIC with clients, though they had not labeled their practices as “trauma-informed.” However, although clients were receiving TIC, some of the principles were neglected as they pertain to staff, such as choice and empowerment. The findings of this study suggest that agencies are unaware of the relevance of TIC as it relates to staff. It is recommended that future research examine whether the use of TIC in agencies prevents “burnout,” high turnover rates, and vicarious traumatization of staff.     

Adolescent Sibling Relationship Quality and Adjustment: Sibling Trustworthiness and Modeling,as Factors Directly and Indirectly Influencing These Associations

The main goal of this study was to examine the direct and moderating effects of trustworthiness and modeling on adolescent siblings' adjustment. Data were collected from 438 families including a mother, a younger sibling in fifth, sixth, or seventh grade (M = 11.6 years), and an older sibling (M = 14.3 years). Respondents completed Web‐based surveys describing sibling conflict and warmth. Siblings reported on trustworthiness and modeling, and mothers described adjustment. Sibling conflict was directly associated with internalizing and externalizing behaviors for both siblings. The older siblings' reports of trustworthiness were directly associated with the outcome measures. The younger siblings' reports of trustworthiness were less directly associated, but a possible salutary effect was most evident under the highest levels of sibling conflict or warmth. Higher sibling modeling was a risk factor for adjustment problems in relations characterized by high conflict. Results support exploring trustworthiness as a key dimension of sibling relations.

提高还贷能力搞好助学贷款

助学贷款对贫困学生上大学是一件雪中送炭的大好事，但由于我国信用体系的不健全，毕业生还贷实际能力不足，尤其是个别道德水准低下的贫困生逃避还贷，以致这项工作未能很地开展。当务之急，是提高学生还贷能力和信用，本文为此提出了相应措施。
