This study presents a structural evaluation methodology to link key performance indicators (KPIs) into a strategy map of the balanced scorecard (BSC) for banking institutions. Corresponding with the four BSC perspectives (finance, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth), the most important evaluation indicators of banking performance are synthesized from the relevant literature and screened by a committee of experts. The Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method, a multiple criteria analysis tool, is then employed to determine the causal relationships between the KPIs, to identify the critical central and influential factors, and to establish a visualized strategy map with logical links to improve banking performance. An empirical application is provided as an example. According to the expert evaluations, the three most essential KPIs for banking performance are customer satisfaction, sales performance, and customer retention rate. The DEMATEL results demonstrate a clear road map to assist management in prioritizing the performance indicators and in focusing attention on the strategy-related activities of the crucial indicators. According to the constructed strategy map, management could better invest limited resources in the areas that need improvement most. Although these strategy maps of the BSC are not universal, the research results show that the presented approach is an objective and feasible way to construct strategy maps more justifiably. The proposed framework can be applicable to institutions in other industries as well.  相似文献

分析中国P2P网络借贷信用风险的生成机理,借鉴商业银行典型个人信用风险测量理论基础与方法,构建基于涵盖借款人软信息的P2P网络借贷信用风险评级指标体系。通过向在银行从事信贷工作的专业人员发放调查问卷,确定具体指标,使用AHP(层次分析法)与DEMATEL(决策实验室法)相结合的方法综合确定指标体系权重,最后评级结果以百分制数值给出,并换算成具体的信用等级,有效解决了平台对借款人信用等级测量问题。  相似文献

针对产学研协同创新项目的相对效率比较问题,数据包络分析(DEA)法是比较有效的数量分析方法。但DEA法所构建的优化模型中,由于约束条件没有充分考虑评价指标体系内部指标之间客观存在的内在权重大小信息,从而导致模型过分强调了评价单元的投入产出特征差异,甚至出现了原本非常重要的指标其权重却为0的不合理现象。本文提出DEMATEL法和数据包络分析法有机结合的思想,将运用DEMATEL法获得的指标之间内在的权重大小信息,纳入DEA法非阿基米德无穷小量ε限制的CCR模型及其超效率模型的约束条件,创新模型的可行域,构建了权重约束型ε-CCR模型和超效率ε-CCR模型。并以美国2014-2015年度国家科学基金会产学研合作研究中心发布的年度报告数据,对美国71个以高校为主导的产学研协同创新中心的相对效率进行了实证分析。实证结果显示,权重约束型超效率ε-CCR模型比没有权重约束的超效率ε-CCR模型更有效,不仅能对多个评价单位进行全排序,而且能克服无权重约束的超效率ε-CCR模型存在的评价结果不合理现象。这些结果有助于进一步推动DEA法的理论创新和应用推广,并能为多投入多产出项目的决策提供新的方法,使实际问题决策更合理更科学。  相似文献

Abstract

The automotive industry is complex and global. An automotive supply chain involves multiple manufacturers and service providers in different parts of the chain across different countries. Diffusion of the global production system creates both opportunities and challenges for the supply chain itself as well as production base countries. Thailand is a production base for over 15 automotive brands. The industry contributes significantly to the Thai economy and employs approximately half a million people. To address competitiveness of the Thai automotive industry, its supply chain is studied in this paper. Ten factors affecting the competitiveness of the Thai automotive supply chain are analysed through the fuzzy DEMATEL method. The method forms a structural model that categorises the causal or effect roles of the factors, and the degree at which they impact the supply chain. This study focuses on Tier 1 and Tier 2 manufacturers of the supply chain. The results reveal that there are three common causal factors and four common effects in both tiers. The other four factors play different roles in different tiers. Managerial implications relating to these factors are also discussed and certain recommendations proposed in order to enhance the competitiveness of the Thai automotive supply chain.  相似文献

现代企业急剧变化的竞争环境对企业的绩效管理水平提出了更高的要求,绩效管理已成为企业培育竞争优势的战略性举措。动态平衡计分卡弥补了平衡计分卡简单因果关系及动态性不足的缺陷,可有效地实现组织的战略性绩效管理。针对动态平衡计分卡因果关系确定的困难,应用决策实验室法(DEMATEL)来处理动态平衡计分卡中各指标之间因果关系,改善了以往凭借专家主观性经验的不足,使各指标之间的因果关系的确定更加客观。并给出结合DEMATEL方法的一种动态平衡计分卡的具体实施步骤,对于动态平衡计分卡有效实施具有指导意义。  相似文献

Because of increased carbon emissions, environmental protection initiatives have gained significant attention at global level. One of the major initiatives taken by the industrial sector to minimize the negative environmental effect of the value chain activities is Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). In industry, soft (human resource-related) dimensions influence the implementation of GSCM process greatly. In the literature, relatively less discussion is provided on assessing the significance of soft dimensions in efficient GSCM acceptance in industry. The present work is an attempt to construct a structural framework for assessing the significance of the soft dimensions in adopting GSCM concepts by taking a case of automotive company in India. A hybrid approach of Best Worst Method (BWM) and Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) approach is employed in this work. BWM is used to prioritize the GSCM oriented soft dimensions, and DEMATEL is employed to extract interrelationships among them. The result shows that ‘Top management commitment’, ‘Employee involvement’, ‘Organizational culture’ and ‘Teamwork’ are the highly prioritized causal soft dimensions in efficient GSCM adoption. This research work would help industry managers and practitioners to decide where to concentrate for GSCM concepts in context of soft dimensions for sustainable business development.  相似文献

Over time, correctional institutions have actively implemented innovations in prison administration. Most correctional institutions constitute conservative and closed societies. Generally, people do not have sufficient knowledge or understanding of penal correction. Therefore, it is difficult but necessary to break the stereotyped impression people hold about correctional institutions, actively integrate them into society, and encourage people to assume a more humane attitude towards correctional institutions. We conducted an inductive analysis of Penghu Prison administered by the Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice, Taiwan. After creating evaluation indices for the development of more humane correctional institutions, we conducted a survey to classify the evaluation indices into criteria under the four major evaluation dimensions. Using DEMATEL, we determined the causal relationship among different evaluation indicators and generated an influential network relation map about the evaluation criteria. Using DANP, we subsequently calculated weightings for the influence of each criterion. Finally, using the modified VIKOR, we conducted a gap analysis. The results of this study can be used to build a more positive and human reputation for correctional institutions and enable their sustainable creation.  相似文献

针对目前产品方案评价方法存在的不足,提出一种基于区间模糊理论的多属性决策模型,该模型结合DEMATEL 法和TOPSIS算法,采用区间模糊理论表达信息的不确定性:由DEMATEL方法对产品方案评价系统中的评价指标进行 量化分析,对指标集进行因果分类、重要度排序和权重分配;在TOPSIS框架下构建区间模糊矩阵,计算其正、负理想解和 接近度,根据接近度对产品备选方案进行比较,并进行了实例分析。结果表明,该评价方法和理论具有一定的实用性和 可行性。  相似文献
