| 摘 要： | 本文通过对模拟法庭教学模式和传统法学教学模式在教育观念、教育模式、教学手段三个方面加以比较,从而得出模拟法庭教学模式是对传统法学教学模式的创新,同时在应用型人才培养方面,模拟法庭具有极强的理论与实践意义,具有极高的推广价值。
