| 摘 要： | 纠纷解决机制是法治系统中的一个重要的要素,法治社会的建立和发展离不开纠纷解决机制来保证社会的稳定和秩序,同时实现诉讼内外的各种纠纷解决机制的功能互济、有机衔接与整合,将成为稳定社会发展、建立社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。作为一个理性社会,会让纠纷主体根据法律的规定按照自身利益的需求选择相应的纠纷解决方式。因此,构建科学、合理的多元化纠纷解决机制关键是要建立系统的理念、和谐社会的理念、多元化理念和效益理念。
