论图书馆员职业态度管理

摘    要:职业态度是馆员从事图书馆工作经验积累而习得的心理倾向。馆员态度在馆员的行为和品德中具有重要作用。态度管理是目标化、组织化的调控措施及其实施过程。从职业激励机制、图书馆文化氛围、职业态度培训、共感能力、消极态度转变等五个方面探讨了如何构建馆员态度管理的机制。
