高职教师认知结构的重建与优化

摘    要:中专学校归并本科高等院校管理改组为职业技术学院以后 ,原有教师必须充分认识和把握高职教师的角色内涵 ,把握高职教育培养目标及模式特点 ,认清高职教育的国际化趋势 ,明确本科高职教育自身定位 ,才能找准目标、明确方向 ,逐步形成与高等职业教育相适应的知识能力结构 ,跟上时代前进的步伐。

Abstract:After polytechnic schools are put under higher institutions' administration and regrouped as vocational and technical schools,original teachers must thoroughly understand the meaning of the role as higher vocational teachers.Teachers should make a correct understanding of the training aims,the pattern and features of higher vocational education,besides its internationalizing trend.Only when teachers make a clear position of their higher vocational undergraduate training can they find the correct goal and form the knowledge and capability incompatible with it so as to keep abreast of the onward march of the times.
