| Abstract: | The article starts with the standard of defining the meaning of a harmonious community and analyzes the type and the characteristics of general legal disputes which are appeared in the community. Targeting on these problems,it proposes a specific legal protection measures of the community construction according to the process of China's rule of law based on the overall objective. |
