摘    要:文章认为 ,我国围绕国有企业进行改革已达 2 0年之久 ,不乏取得了一些成绩 ,但并没有触及到最根本的问题 ,而邯钢通过一种新型委托———代理机制建立了劳动者真正的主人翁地位 ,从而把我们的国有企业改革又向前推进了一个层次

Abstract:This paper argues that although China has recorde d some achievements in the reform centering on state owned enterprises over the last two decades,the root cause of problem has remained intact,and that the new type principal agency mechanism by agreement recently put forward by Handa n Steel Group Com pany has rendered it possible for laborers to become masters of the enterprise i n the true sense of the term,thereby to propel Chinas state owned enterprise s reform a big stride forward.
