构建大学生村官工作长效机制的实践探索

大学生村官工作长效机制核心理念确立之后,接下来的主要任务便是精心设计、具体落实,形成精细化的技术和科学合理的程序。本研究选取大学生村官工作走在江苏省前列的苏北五县市为研究个案,从下得去、待得住、干得好、流得动四个环节分析目前大学生村官工作运作的基本状况以及存在的主要问题,并提出解决的对策建议,希望研究能有助于大学生村官计划的良性运行。
