| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the necessity of strengthening the construction of teachers' morality in colleges and universities,expounds some rules on strengthening this work,and then puts forward several suggestions on how to strengthen them,that is,improving the teachers' self-accomplishment,showing concern with teachers and establishing a scientific administration system. |
