| 摘 要： | 使用1998—2007年我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,通过综合简约化模型,研究了三种污水排放指标与经济增长之间的关系。实证研究结果表明:我国工业废水排放与经济增长之间的关系呈倒N型曲线关系;人均生活污水排放量会在很长的一段时期内随着人均GDP的增长而增长;生活污水中的化学需氧量排放量与经济增长之间的关系呈典型的倒U型曲线特征。就对环境的影响程度而言,我国在经济发展的较低水平上就已经越过了环境库兹涅茨曲线的倒U型转折点。研究结果也反映了生活污染物的排放比工业污染物的排放更加难以监管。
