试论中日关系中的“历史认识问题”

“历史认识问题”已经成为影响中日关系政治基础的重大问题。这个问题的产生有深刻的历史和社会原因。主要由于美国冷战政策的实施 ,日本军国主义势力、法西斯思想未得到彻底地铲除 ,日本社会民众中未能建立起正确的历史观。在日本成为经济大国之后 ,日本右翼想以歪曲历史美化侵略作为迈向政治大国的出发点 ,由此造成中日关系中的“历史认识问题”。在冷战后日本长达十年的经济低速期中 ,日本右翼又利用这个问题凝聚人心 ,企图把日本引向他们希望达到的所谓振兴目标。对此 ,本文从理论上予以分析 ,指出该问题是中日关系中的严肃重大的政治问题 ,如何解决将影响中日关系未来发展 ,并提出了应对的五点建议。

Analysis on the Issue of “Correct Attitude towards History” in Sino-Japanese Relations

Correct attitude towards History” has been the main issue that has influenced the basis of Sino-Japanese political relations. It has rooted deeply in history and society. The Japanese Right Wing took advantage of this issue to unite the Japanese people during the period of economic recession. The author analyzes this issue theoretically and points out that this is a serious political question in Sino-Japanese relations. The resolution of this issue affects the development of Sino-Japanese relations, so the author puts forward some suggestions.
