| 摘 要： | 目前,我国铁路缺乏对运输装备高新技术产品的效益评价办法,这将严重阻碍我国铁路运输产品高新技术的发展.本论文结合铁路运输装备高新技术产品的特性,运用系统工程的思想方法,将定量指标与定性指标,财务指标与非财务指标相结合,从技术水平,经济效益,社会效益、可持续发展和产品品质等五个方面建立了一套科学、合理、可操作性较强的指标评价体系,并选择当前铁路案例进行了分析.

| Abstract: | There is no valid valuation method on the benefit of hi-tech product for railway transportation equipment.The paper will combine indexes of quality with quantity, financial with nonfinancial,and set up a scientific , reasonable and usable index systems by indexes from five respects, that is:technical degree, economic benefit, social benefit, sustainable development, product quality. |
