| 摘 要： | 1998年美国一项民意调查显示,民众高度支持计划生育政策,主张国内健康保险应包括计划生育服务、对发展中国家的计划生育项目应提供援助等。为了解民众对计划生育态度的转变,兰德公司于2003年对上述问题又做了跟踪调查。结果提示美国民众继续高度支持国内健康保险应包括计划生育服务,但对援助发展中国家计划生育的支持度呈下降态势,对联邦政府援助非政府组织从事或积极推进人工流产服务持不同意见。造成上述民众态度转变可能的原因主要包括政治环境,政府政策的改变和媒体报道产生的影响。

| Abstract: | An omnibus was done in 2003 to learn the USA public opinion on family planning and related issues such as abortion and FP aid to developing countries.The result shows a continued high support for requiring USA health insurance to cover family planning service cost but relatively lower support to USA fund to family planning programs in developing countries and a divided opinion to federal funding for abortion service. |
