| 摘 要： | 在价值工程实践中，按现有的方法选择价值工程对象，有时会产生较大的偏差。而对价值工程成本配置的经济思想和价值工程对象选择的经济效率的揭示和分析，可以见出实践中的方法产生偏差的原因．以此给出一个新的选择价值工程对象的公式，它不仅能统一现行使用的公式，而且还可以减少价值工程对象选择中的偏差。
