加强高等农业院校大学生人文素质教育的思考

加强大学生人文素质教育已是教育界的共识。高等农业院校对此在认识上有两种倾向:一是功利化,认为人文素质教育课程挤占了专业教育资源;二是缺乏系统认识,认为人文素质教育只是人文学科教师的职责,由此导致人文素质教育工作处于边缘化状态。实施人文素质教育是提高农业院校在高等教育领域竞争实力的需要,对农业院校具有特殊意义。人文素质教育是一个系统工程,需要通过发挥课堂教学主渠道作用、建立合理的人文素质教育课程体系、丰富校园文化活动和开展社会实践活动等多种方式和措施才能实现其教育目的。

A Ponder on Humanity Quality Education of Agricultural Colleges and Universities

Strengthening humanity quality education has become people＇s consensus in the educational field.Two cognitive tendencies exist in strengthening humanity quality education in agricultural colleges and universities： utilitarianism,based on which it is thought that humanity quality education has occupied too many specialty education resources;and lack of systematic knowledge,because of which some people hold the wrong idea that humanity quality education is related to nobody but the teachers of humanities,which results in the marginalization of humanity quality education.Implementing humanity quality education is the objective need of building the socialist new countryside,the need for agricultural institutes of higher learning to improve their competitive strength in the higher education field,a systematic project and thus of much significance for agricultural colleges and universities.It also involves a variety of means and measures,such as making full use of classroom teaching and enriching campus cultural activities in order to achieve their educational objectives.
