| Abstract: | Using questionnaires on 98 graduates from the Department of Mechanical Engineering,a survey was made to figure out and analyze the real state of college students' value orientation in choosing occupation and their career plan.On this basis,it is proposed that we should have a rational understanding of graduates' orientation in choosing occupations with high payment and in developed areas,and should strengthen the education of career plan to college students. |
