混业经营是否必然会引发金融危机

中国金融业实行混业经营已是大势所趋,那么,金融业的混业经营是否必然会引发金融危机?这是主张分业经营论者最为担心的问题。本文从分业经营的立论出发,就风险和危机的关系、银行传统业务的安全性、金融危机的生存机制以及银行经营非银行业务的实证研究等几方面进行了分析,最终得出了混业经营与金融危机并不存在直接的因果关系。

Whether the Mixed Operation Leading to Financial Crisis

It has been representing an irresistible trend that the mixed operation will be put into practise in the finance trade,what,then,worries the advocates for divided operation seriously is whether it will be bound to initiate a financial crisis.Starting from the thesis for divided operation,the conclusion has been eventually drawn in this dissertation that there is no direct causation between the mode of mixed operation and a financial crisis through the analysis and expounding of the aspects relating to the relation between risk and crisis,the security of the traditional bank operation,the surviving mechanism in a financial crisis,and the case research of non-bank business run by the banks.
