| 摘 要： | 加快农村城镇化,必须把对农村人力资源的开发放在重要的战略地位.文章分析了我国城镇化与农村人力资源的关系和农村人力资源开发中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了进一步加快我国农村城镇化的一些对策.

| Abstract: | To accelerate the process of our country's urbanization ,we must put the development of our country's rural human resource on the strategic pressing need. in this paper, the author analyzes the relations between our country's urbanization and the development of our country's rural human resource including the existing problems. accordingly, the strategies have been put forward on further further speeding up our country's urbanization. |
