综合国力的竞争,越来越依赖于高素质的劳动者和大量的创新人才.知识经济社会、学习型社会要求把培养学习能力和创新能力作为重点.当前国际上教育观念、教育内容、教育手段、教育制度,都在发生着深刻的变化.我们要想缩小与发达国家的差距、跻身于世界一流的行列,没有教育创新,是根本不可能实现的.我们要从民族复兴、综合国力竞争、科教兴国的战略高度来认识教育创新的重大意义.高等教育创新要求我们更新观念,深化改革,扫除体制性障碍,解放高校"生产力",以"三个面向"培养人才,开放办学,改革教育培养模式,确立"以学生为中心"的教育理念,全面实施素质教育.

Conform to Law of Modern Higher Education and Promote Vigorously Education Innovation

The comprehensive national strength depends increasingly on highly qualified workers and large numbers of people with breaking new ground spirit. A knowledge economy society and a society of continuous learning focus on the cultivation of learning ability as well as innovation ability. Now, the whole world has seen profound changes in the educational idea, contents, approaches and system. Without educational innovation, we will find it infeasible to narrow the gap between China and the developed countries, and rank among the world's most advanced. We must deepen our understanding of the great significance of education innovation from the strategic viewpoints of national rejuvenation, comprehensive national strength competition, and rejuvenation of China by means of science and education.
