| 摘 要： | 文章概述了业务流程再造的基本思想,着重分析了工作流技术的内容以及它与业务流程再造密不可分的关系,同时就其实现予以了详细阐述。然后,阐明了工作流技术对业务流程再造成功实施的重要意义,同时提出了二者结合过程中需要相互协调的几点问题。

| Abstract: | The article outlines the basic thought of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) at first. Then it emphatically analysises contents of Workflow and the close relation between BPR and Workflow. At the same time, it makes a detailed exposition for the Workflow's realization. Then the article explains the important meaning of Workflow on the realizing of BPR and puts some questions about bringing into agreement on the combining of BPR and Workflow. |
