| 摘 要： | 环境行政许可制度是我国环境保护监督管理的重要手段,同时也是环境行政管理相对人获得有关权利的法定途径。文章从我国环境行政许可的特点与缺陷入手,通过对美国环境行政许可制度的比较分析,提出完善我国环境行政许可制度的建议,以期对我国环境行政许可制度的完善尽一份绵薄之力。

| Abstract: | Environmental administrative licensing system is an important means of supervision and management of environmental protection in China, and the administrative relative person and environment to obtain the legal way of rights as well. This paper firstly points out the characteristics and the defects of China＇s environmental administrative licensing, and then analyzes the American environmental administrative licensing system, finally puts forward the suggestions for perfecting our country＇s environmental administrative licensing system, in order to make a contribution to improve of the environmental administrative licensing system. |
