| 摘 要： | 和谐社区建设是顺利推进城镇化建设的重要保障,贯穿于城镇化建设的全过程,是农民群众适应城镇化过程的需要。和谐社区建设面临的主要问题有:社区在方便农民群众生活的同时,也使农民群众的矛盾集中了起来;农民群众自由散漫的乡村生活方式,与社区的现代规则不能较好兼容;社区服务,与民众的期望相差太远。和谐社区建设中应坚持的基本原则有:解决思想问题和解决实际生活问题相结合;人文关怀和心理疏导相结合;加强服务意识和提高服务能力相结合。

| Abstract: | The harmonious community construction, which exists in the course of urbanization, is an important guarantee of smoothing urbanization construction, and the peasants＇ needs of adapting to the urbanization process. The main problems of harmonious community construction are the following： community provides convenience for peasants also concentrates contradiction. The peasants＇ liberal village life way is not compatible with the modern community rules. Community service is far away from what peasants＇ expection. Therefore, the harmonious community construction should adhere to the following basic principles： combining solving ideological problems with solving the real life problem, combining humanistic care with psychological counseling, and strengthening service consciousness with improving service ability. |
