腐败问题滋生,从利益与政治关系角度分析,存在私利的"个人"与政策的选择偏差,利益与政治相互作用的不平衡,政策制度上的缺陷,"经济人"本身难以克服的弱点等影响因素,并建议重构公共政策的决策机制,监督机制,绩效评估和反馈机制等来解决腐败问题,使整个公共政策的环境得以健康发展。

Analysis of the corruption based on relationship between politics and interests

From the angle of relationship between politics and interests,the problems of corruption multiplies have many reasons.Firstly,it concerns about the interests of the people and a warp choice of public policy,and secondly there is the existence that the interaction between politics and interest is imbalanced.Thirdly,the limitation of the policy system,and "economic man's" insurmountability weaknesses and so on,which all will influence it.For all these reasons,we should take some countermeasures:reconstruction of policy-making mechanism,surveillance mechanism,achievements appraisal and feedback mechanism.and then we hope that the circumstance of public policy will be better and better.
