| 摘 要： | 健美操是融力量美与形体美为一体的高雅体育项目，深受青年大学生的青睐。在高校对大学生进行健美操教学与训练中，注重其艺术表现力的培养，已成为当前健美操教学改革的重要课题。借助艺术基本理论和运动生理学等相关学科的研究成果，并结合健美操特点以及教学经验，文章从内在因素与外在因素两大方面分析了影响大学生健美操艺术表现力的相关问题，提出了解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | As an elegant sports united by beauty of power and shape,calisthenics is popular among college students.To cultivate college students' artistic manifestation has become a key topic in the current reform of calisthenics teaching.With the aid of basic theory of art,research in sports physiology and some correlated subjects,the characteristics of calisthenics and teaching experience,this article analyzes internal and external factors influencing college students' artistic manifestation.Effective countermoves are put forth. |
