低碳经济下我国商业银行发展碳金融业务策略研究

随着世界经济的快速发展和人口的激增，随之而来的全球气候变暖、大气污染问题日趋严重，发展低碳经济、引导绿色信贷也逐渐成为世界各国的共识。低碳经济发展所带来的产业结构调整和消费模式的转变，促使碳金融成为世界各国新一轮竞争的焦点，商业银行作为一国信贷的阀门和资源配置的枢纽积极参与碳金融相关业务，对于支持国家低碳经济的发展和在国际上争夺碳金融话语权起着至关重要的作用。虽然我国碳金融市场前景看好，但商业银行参与此项业务同样面临着巨大的挑战。为此，我国商业银行需要设立专门组织机构并加强相关人才的储备与培养来提升碳金融业务能力，创新碳金融服务模式满足市场需求，同时采取有效措施控制碳金融业务风险。

Research on the Development of Carbon Finance Business of Commercial Banks in China under Low - carbon Economy

With the rapid development of the world economy and population,global warming and air pollution are becoming more and more serious. Thus,the development of low carbon economy and green credit has gradually be-come the consensus of the world. The adjustment of industrial structure and consumption patterns’change in the wake of the development of low carbon economy make carbon finance become the focus of a new round of competi-tion. Commercial banks,as the valve of credit and loan and the pivot of resource allocation,actively participate in carbon finance related business,and they play a vital role in supporting the development of the national low carbon economy and China’s competitive power in global carbon finance. Although carbon finance market has a good pros-pect in China,commercial banks in this business are still facing a huge challenge. Therefore,Chinaˊs commercial banks need to establish specialized organizations and to strengthen the training and reservation of related personnel in order to promote their professional capability in carbon finance. They also need to change the model of carbon fi-nance service to meet the market demand. At the same time,they should take effective measures to control the car-bon finance business risk.
