| Abstract: | The author takes a comparative analysis of the different influences of the legal culture on the commerce and the commercial law development in eastern and western countries, and it is from the perspective of legal culture. The reciprocity between the commerce as well as the commercial law development and the legal culture is revealed respectively from the legal status of business body, the formation of commercial law, and the feudal economic impact on commercial development, etc. |
