| 摘 要： | 国际商会制订的《跟单信用证统一惯例》自1929年诞生起至今已经过了7次修订。《统一惯例》对在全世界范围内推广应用信用证结算方式做出了巨大贡献。对UCP600作简要介绍,分析其在UCP500基础上所作的实质性变动,并通过实例论证在审单时限和转让证方面条款的变动对贸易实务的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Since the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits was first published by ICC in 1929,UCP has been revised seven times,and made great contribution to the worldwide popularization of the bala-ncing with documentary credits. The paper first briefly introduces UCP600,and then analyses the substantial am-endments made on the basis of UCP500. Finally,it presents examples to demonstrate how UCP600 works more pro-perly. |
