| 摘 要： | 电子商务只有凭借卓越的物流才能得到发展,而第三方物流在其中占据了极其重要的地位。本文首先对第三方物流在电子商务发展过程中的重要作用进行了分析,指出第三方物流企业的成长是电子商务发展的重要推动力,然后分析了目前制约我国第三方物流发展的因素,最后提出了发展第三方物流的对策。

| Abstract: | The development of virtual business depends on excellent logistics, and the third part logistics is crucial to logistics. First of all, the paper analyzes the significance of the third part logistics in virtual business and points out that the development of the third part logistics can greatly promote the development of virtual business; Secondly, it discusses the factors which restrict the development of the third part logistics in our country; Finally, it puts forwards the countermeasure to solve the problems mentioned above. |
